Yes VW was using cannons for hail. They have reduced use by 90% If the rain came back then blame the cannons . If not then it's just weather. In Mexico they also put a lot of faith in women who do rituals and kill a chicken. The farmers should understand that water is only going to be more scarce

Bro didnt even watch till the end of the video when the farmer in rogers said THEY HAD NO HAIL after running this for only 30 min and the entire area around them had hail..... that sounds like some valid research right there if you ask me. Bet the scientists that say this doesnt work have never actually put one of these out in hail conditions and tested it. they just look at graphs and say, well no, technically this wont work. lol
