I’d say Fiction is their biggest hit for overall, but On Rainy Days is probably their most successful song ever in South Korea. ORD has never left Melon chart Top 1000 in 10 years, not even once ever since it was released 🥺

Yoseob (cutie main vocal) is really famous in the mainstream for being a super versatile singer, he's also the only idol to have won Masked Singer 8 times in a row - earlier this year- and had been a judge or teacher on various programs. He's my bias as well, I usually don't really have a bias in groups but my eyes will just always go to him in their videos. He is really adorable and lovely, although kind of their dance hole in random play dances and 2x dances (which I highly recommend because they are hilarious, example: kzbin.info/www/bejne/p5vIoZx3bM6Lpas ). He has been on a lot of programs as a dancer, even on a program called "why not? The dancer" with Taemin, Eunhyuk (Super Junior) and NCT's Jisung. Which are all SM groups haha, it shows how neutral and friendly with everyone they are as a group. They're always extra on stage so their performances are worth watching. They always somehow turn music shows into their own mini concerts with their energy.

They definitely have one of the best and most unique voices and discography in the industry. They were one of the groups that got me into Kpop (along with SHINee, 2PM, SNSD, TVXQ,..), I get emotional every time I hear their songs, especially "Fiction" and "Ribbon".

Don't worry about getting emotional, that's what their music just does to you XD They are just amazing at conveying feelings through singing. Also you were right, while looking at the screen Dujun (the leader) was on the left and Dongwoon (the maknae) on the right. Next to Dujun was Yoseob and next to Dongwoon was Gikwang (the one that might be your bias).

Thank you for this reaction 🥰 I loved Highlight ever since Beast era, "Fiction" was my first introduction to them (as for probably many people, because it's their most popular song) and it's still one of my favorite songs in kpop! This "Killing voice" video was so much fun to me, because I know all of these songs, but it's so awesome to see you enjoying it even without knowing their music 😁 I hope to see more Beast/Highlight on your channel, but the views might not be so great.. I would be happy even if you would just watch them on your own. They deserve more recognition, since they were inactive for a while (due to military enlistments), so many new kpop fans don't really recognize their talents. Once again, thank you for spending the time on this reaction ❤️ You can watch any music from them and I would be more than happy, but I think "Fiction" is a MUST for every kpop fan. It's literally one of the most iconic songs, just like "Sorry Sorry" by Super Junior. I’m glad you’re enjoying their music 🥰 when I was in high school and in college they released these songs (2010-2013) and I swear I was obsessed with Yoseob’s voice (the cute tiny one) My favorite songs from the B2st/beast era was On rainy days and Fiction I just wish the whole group would sing this dingo killing voice, It kinda feels incomplete without junhyung’s rap :(

This group is soo amazing! Even thou they have been in this industry for 13 years or more they are still HERE! As someone who has been listening to kpop when Highlight debuted as BEAST. It's nice seeing new people fall in love with them. My biases (yes I have 2) are Gikwang and Yoseob. Every time they make a comeback they always win music shows and they have such a dedicated and welcoming Fandom. They have all served in the military and to comeback after 3 years and still have fans it tells you a lot about Highlight. Please continue to love them as much as Lights do 🥰

They are one of the treasures that came out of 2nd gen kpop. They are singers who almost debuted with other groups but was left behind and bec. of their persistence they debuted as a group. Our main vocal YoSeop recently was on vocal competition show, King of Masked Singers as fireplace cat and did a super great job. My favorite performances were "Forever and ever" and "The first snow", just my recommendation since he sang about 10 songs on thee show. And GiKwang is our main dancer, composer, and a vocal of Highlight. You will never be able to imagine his concept for his latest solo title DCYE, from this recent highlight album. Yup Beast aka Highlight. They started out as BEAST when they are with CUBE but they left CUBE and became HIGHLIGHT. I have been a fan of theres since 2010. The lead I think is Doojun the guy with the sweater, my bias is also an actor. I am happy you like them.

They are one of big 3 boyband back then in 2011-2014. They had 3rd biggest fandom after Bigbang & Shinee and received huge amount of general public recognition. Fiction was one of the great hit in 2011 and made BEAST the first boygroup from a small company (outside big 3) to win Daesang Award. They produce their own music and made a path for the juniors, most of the later debuted boygroups made them as their role model. And the ballad song, On Rainy Days is always back to the chart when it rains in Korea. Most of their songs are well received by general public in Korea. And they literally help building Cube Entertainment's growth from the start as they were the first and greatest earner back then. Even Gikwang (the visual and main dancer) is the first trainee and artist in Cube. The man who you said has a breathtaking voice is the main vocal Yang Yoseob. He won 8 times in King of Masked Singer, a popular singing competition and became 2nd longest King/winner in the show's history, 1st longest King among idol participant. He also does musicals. Gikwang is the man who you said you would be biased. He produce most of the songs in The Blowing album including Not The End. He also choreographed in the song. He had great solos and even collaborated with respected choreographer. He also used to do dramas, variety, and MCs. The leader, Yoon Dojoon is almost debuted in 2pm as one of the vocalist but then got dropped and joined Beast as rapper and now lead vocal. He appears in dramas too, the popular one is Let's Eat Franchise, the pioneer of Mukbang culture. Because of his face and his attitude he got titled as National Boyfriend back then. He also appears in variety shows especially sports related shows since he's well skilled in soccer and already acknowledged by professional coach. The maknae is the man with deep voice. He is into magic lately and always brags about his magic skill in variety shows 🤣 He is such a comedic relief but really polite to the hyungs. He had solos and used to do musicals too. He often uploads singing cover video in their youtube channel. If you happened to be fan of Kpop back then in their era, you would really loved them and other 2nd generation groups too. Most of the boygroups/girlgroups back then released hit after hit songs and their friendship/interaction with other groups is also strong 😊

Highlight 💜 They're the second Kpop boygroup I came across,back in 2010 when they were still Beast,before going into K-pop in 2011. They went through a lot of changes and things but their talent keep being amazing ✨ So many bops but I think On a rainy day is still my fave. Don't have a bias though anymore,mine was the last member who left and right now I just love all of the member. Also so happy that Yoseob did his famous "I don't know" part (he says each time the note keeps being longer). Also he has an adorable face but his body 👀 I remember seeing on weekly idol his abs being so defined, everyone was shocked

I love ur reaction!!! :) I really can choose my bias from highlight. At first i was drawn to Highlight through the manly leader, Dujun. But i started to fall in love with Gikwang voice in It's Still Beautiful. At some point, I also think Yoseob voice is soothing and calming. Eventually, i just decided to have Dongwoon as my bias cause he is funny, handsome and he is the same age as mine🤭.... I just love them equally in the end!
