I fell in love with Patrick while I watched Dirty Dancing. He was my Dream Dude. Then I found out he was married. I thought wow she is a very Lucky Lady. The both of them. Then 34 years together. That’s what I have always pictured love as. Finding your Perfect Partner for you. We love you Patrick...

I can see why even among all the accomplishments he had a deep melancholy that he could never escape. An intense personality like that never has an easy time through life.

Thanks for uploading. So glad he got to be on stage again with 'guys and dolls'. what an amazing experience it must have been. He would have so gone on to fit into any role and do a 'Sean Connery' later life. I liked the way they joked about that. He lives on.

@suzannecampbell2260
@suzannecampbell2260 6 жыл бұрын
mister8800 I totally agree. I fell in love with this Actor then after getting to know how talented he truly was. I admired him so much. He had so many insecurities. Which is like because us we could relate to this. Yet the thing I most admired was after finding out because I did not know he was married. He I believe honestly was in love with his wife. He fell for her when she was young and he was a bit older yet not like a big age gap. I cried like a baby when he did his interview with Babs in 1998. Especially when he told of his plans for his Dreams for having a Ranch and letting his Dad run it. He was a family connected man. This part reminds me of my Dad. Yet his Dad died before he got to see his Son achieve everything he had done. Also the fact about them becoming Carpenter. I laughed when he said he really did not know at times he was doing. So he bought books on how too. Then their Ranch it wasn't a giant one yet. They both turned it from basically nothing to a very beautiful place. That both he and his wife. Could escape the crazy Hollywood Lifestyle. This made me laugh be him even more. He paid his dues and was not, in my opinion, giving the recognition he deserved. I cried like a Baby when he became sick. Some people all they talked about drinking and smoking. Everyone has a vice. The one I hate the most is when people who go for gluttony. Yet to them it is not a bad thing to be big.Yet I feel different. Because extra weight harms your body. I believe our body is our temple. We should keep it as healthy as we can. It is wonderfully made. I also have great respect for his long marriage. I am also a very loyal friend, and in love. Because if you are in a real relationship. If you cheat you are not just cheating on your mate. You are also cheating on you. He could have joined the sick Satanic sickos. Then he could have been a Actor who was worth 500 million instead of just 30 or 40. Even his advice that in every relationship we go through times we feel like we are losing the love. Yet if you seek to feel that what I call butterfly's in your stomach. The first phase only last so long. Then you both get to know each other warts and all. Yet to me I do not want to be seen as the perfect woman. I want to be seen for who and what I am. What I believe in. What I love. We can agree to disagree. Yet we should at least try new things. Because in my case I thought would hate something yet I found I didn't I loved it. We lost a very Special man. Who was the real deal? He admitted he had flaws we all do. Yet he was a beautiful soul.With grace, sexiness, always wanted to improve himself and learn to experience new things. He also wanted to share this with his wife. So no one will ever make me believe for him she was his everything. Remember he said our love is his huge. Also our fights are huge.i was blown away when he admitted was how insecure he was. I was like what!!! He also struggled to please both parents who were totally different Worlds. You will never know how I prayered to find a male who was so multifacted as Patrickor Buddy. I know many women would have given a body part to ever get to be his everything. I am not saying it was always perfect. Because life isn't perfect. You just have to pick yourself up dust yourself off and get back on n that horse so to speak again. He loved animals as well as his wife.The saddest thing was them never having a child together. He is damn beautiful man and she is also very beautiful. So the children you know have been beautiful. I even wish that if Lisa could not carry a child to term. They could have hired a surrogate. Hell even if Lisa did not want to risk losing her body. Aleast they would have been a child. His family even adopted Bambi who so needed a good family. I tho never met his Mom by her interviews was a very driven person. Most Artistic people are. I feel his Dad was more laid back. He pitched in helped her and her students in her business. Became extended business. He could have been just another Romantic leading man. Yet he didn't want to be just a Romantic leading man. Her loved trying out different movies. He also if he did not know how to do the thing the leading man did. Like surfing. He was beaten black n blue.yet the sky diving part he fell in love. I also like he felt he did you do not have to strip down buttass nude to do love scenes. He used the eyes which are truly the windows to the soul. I also believe his brother Donny has a lot more potential in him than he realizes. Can he be Patrick no yet he can be Donny? I believe in faithfulness, loyalty to your partner. Staying together working through your ups and downs. Because if you think just because you fall in love that you will always see everything the same.WRONG. It is not possible why because you are two separate people. Who are in a phase of getting to really know who, what, when where. Yet if you can hang on dive in deep. Love deep. Stop being an ass and realize if you do not work together to create a solution that each person can except. When we first fall in love. Many say they love this or that yet they don't. So as for me. Speaking about myself. I am a strong woman. Who loved with all she had to give. Yet I was told no I will not go see anyone like a Counselor, Minister. All I was told is I'm not the one who has a problem its all on you. I was like excuse me We have 3 people in our marriage and it's not a horse dog pet. Yet another woman. I say thank you but this is not for me. Neither is I feel going to bars on any sort of a regular basis. I truly do not go at all. Because either some man sees your love and wants to step in. Or a woman sees your man and wants a piece of him. Because they are jealous of the fact they see you're happy. So to me a bar or one spouse going alone only causes problems. Well after 15 yrs of not being married. I learned a big lesson. Never I'm speaking of you both. Never speak especially if mad. Never try to tear apart the one you love. Even if it is true. Walk away. Do to another room. Then after the fire is out. Ask your husband or wife if you can both just sit down and speak from your heart the real truth. You can work through anything if you love each other enough. Yet it takes a hell of a lot more work to stay and work through whatever it is. Than it is to cut and run. Anyway. We lost this wonderful man. Way too soon. It was 2009 because I also lost my childhood best friend as well. So for what it cost you which is nothing. This is my opinion. Many of being and Blessings sent your way. Namaste...

Most people treat there cars better than there body, 60 plus cigarettes a day he was taking, there is always cause and effect, doesn't matter what you do in life, what you are is what you eat, majority of symptoms start at what you put in your mouth, the body is amazing on how much it can take and keep going, but results will come to the surface eventually of how and what you have put in your body over a life time... will show.....

Someone in the comments said he looked healthy but I don't think so. We never know what someone is really going through, only what they want to show (for the most part). I think he looks on the verge of something. Is it because I know ? Or am I sensing something ? Dogs can smell Cancer, if they're trained for it. We need earlier detection.
