He's walking with a cane which is just incredible but make no mistake, that man is in pain. He said it's all a mental game. Well, he's definitely got more mental strength than I do. I cannot comprehend the pain he endured and the pain he is still in. Few people can. He's inspiring. I'm glad that his dr expects that he will make a full recovery.

Ohh man I don't think many people even can comprehend how much pain he was in & still is. & yet he is walking & doing everything. I had a partial pcl tear & it hurt like hell & this guy was way worse & still pushing to not give up. Wow 🙌👏true superhero & easily the strongest avenger. ❤️

Being a mulitrauma auto accident patient like myself is so encouraging to see Jeremy's recovery coming along, in my opinion,, really great. You can get the best care in the world but seeing Hawkeye being such a fighter brings tears to my eyes. My injuries were both knee caps split open, right foot upside down, my femur broken off my pelvis into my organs with serious intestinal damage were I would've bleed to death had iit not been for two surgeons. It took me 3 years to walk but I'm so very proud to see him fighting! I promise that Jeremy will be okay! He really will be. I cannot speak for chronic pain because the nerve damage always there. But to be honest? I absolutely will not be surprised if he returns as Hawkeye. Love you, Mr. Renner! Your friend, James. Hi Miss Hailee! He will be okay!❤❤❤

Honestly, I've never broken a bone in my body (as far as I know, setting aside a possible tiny fracture on small foot bone which I stupidly ignored when I was much younger), much less the multiple grievous breaks you suffered! As someone who went through physical rehab himself, I can relate to the "mental game" and "What's the alternative.?". When I was pushing through it, my therapist asked me, "Who are you competing with?". Answer: Myself. By the way. You need to see him in the movie, 'Tag'. He was great in it. A lot of Jeremy comes through in his character in that film.

I've heard several account of people in accidents or survival situations and the one common factor seems to be the will to live, the NEED to live. It seems like the strength he displays now in his recovery is the very same trait that helped keep him alive long enough for the doctors to do their thing. Jeremy was crushed on one whole side of his body. Always always,think before you use heavy equipment. Jeremy got himself into a real bad situation that day and survived it. You need to see the safety issues before they happen and prevent them from happening. I hope he makes as full a recovery as he can. But he will have lifelong issues from this accident. He is truly a walking miracle now though.

Would love to see Jeremy back as Hawkeye - although he might never be mobile enough again to be a Shield Agent. I wonder if they will bring him back as truly retired due to injuries suffered on a mission. He deserves that after his accident.
