As a little kid in the 1970's I used to get those freeze dried astronaut ice creams! Used a lot of freeze-dried veggies and entrees while hiking and camping from time to time. And yes, they do have freeze-dried apples and they don't tste or melt like dehydrateds! :D

Freeze-dried anything sounds like it will be something dry and tasteless. But its so freaking amazing far from it. Flavour explosion. I honestly cant say if i ever had freeze dried candy, but had a few other things and those where mind-blowingly tasty. Appreciate the link to the freezies.

There was a kid that I used to bully in high school for being gay. After following you two on different social media accounts (KZbin, TicTok, est.) for a while, I finally reached out to him (we met up at one of my favorite parks) where we ate lunch, went on a nature hike and talked for about two hours. During the conversation, I did apologize for my past behavior. I didn't know what to expect after we left (part of me was expecting that he would never talk to me again). But about two weeks later, he reached out to me and asked if I wanted to go to watch a movie together and I said yes. In the past six months, we been hanging out a lot (going on nature hikes, going to see movies and plays, going out to eat, est.). He is becoming one of my best friends. I always felt guilty about bullying him, but if it wasn't for you two, I don't think I would ever had the courage to reach out to apologize to him.
