I have been there once, I would never go there again. There are many similar choices to choose for island or beach holiday. Such as Batam, Pattaya, The Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam etc..

What is this to you? Have you ever been in Hong Kong and Hainan? Since China took over Hong Kong and decided to breach its agreement of «one country two systems», Hong Kong’s economy went downhill. This proves that (any) Government interference into business, market economy and growth does exactly the opposite…it kills the business. The CCP puts Government dominance and control over and above any business strategy.

China even support Russia invade Ukraine and the US and Europe would not dare to open their mouth. China send Australia broke " economic sanction" now the country owed $1 trillion dollar debt.Last week, Australia biggest nickel mine shut down because China increase production in Indonesia and cut price by 2/3 to destroy Australian and British Nickel companies . Government have to hand out billion of dollar to support them.The next 3 years , Australia iron ore going to face the same problem in Africa mine and south American mine, what next ? The Sun already set on the British empire " silence is golden" before you all going pay unimaginable prices in Asia.

no way, I was born and raised in hainan, we are proud to be part of china.

we don't have heavy industry, so the GDP is relatively low compares to other provinces. but we can enjoy the best air quality and coastline in china. besides, the income level of hainan people is high than many provinces inland like sichuan guizhou guangxi henan etc.
