It might sound weird, but I always thought this scene in the movie paints the hippies as almost like Elves. The singer is made as and has the aura of some Galadriel-esque woodland Queen, the way the dancers move with the music through the trees and the way two of them seem to bewitch the horses of the policemen through their dancing, it all seem s very magical.
@lastfirst78 Жыл бұрын
You are correct , I viewed this as a teenager in the 70s and this reminds me of the elves of Lord of the rings. This film sings peace. That is what all people want. As I do. My thinking is it this. Humans are insane, absolutely insane. Who in the F would test nuclear weapons not only into the atmosphere but underground as well. In my opinion as a veteran this is ten times stupid.

At one minute after midnight London time (aka Greenwich Mean Time) on Valentine's Day (Feb. 14) of 2009, the moon was in the 7th house (in Libra) and Jupiter was conjunct with Mars in the sign of...Aquarius. That was the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, and most people missed it.
