You don’t need to boil the rosemary or other vegetables. Some nutrients are destroyed with heat. A simmer is better then just let it steep (sit and soak in the warm water) for 30 minutes to overnight, like tea.

Remove the sap from the aloe leaves first which does cause irritation....i like the potato mask, will try it out in the future
