Maui Moisture and Shea Moisture for my wavy hair have been my go to for a number of years. Love them! They don't build up in my hair, are super moisturing, and don't leave my hair frizzy. The Maui Moisture conditioner in particular is sooo good. Even if my hair is tangled, as soon as I put it through my hair, I can run my fingers through my hair. It reminds me of the conditioner that comes with box dyes. But without all the junk those tubes contain!

Hi Dr. Dray - I'm loving binging on your videos. I'm in my 50s and had worn my hair straight and fairly long (only very rarely blowing it dry and without using any other styling equipment) for years, and occasionally playing with color. It's medium texture and I have lots of it (according to my pain management doctor who has to inject botox as a migraine treatment into the muscles around my head that are mainly under my hair.) It's pretty healthy since I haven't abused it much over the years. I recently ended up with a disaster of a haircut and had to go much shorter than I'd ever wanted and now it takes a bit more to even make it look less terrible. (Same hair stylist as the last 15+ years but somehow we were really bad at communicating this time, even when I showed her a picture and told her I wanted the same exact thing as the last several times.) The grays are really starting to come in but I don't mind them. I was wondering about your opinion on Tweak'd by Nature and Wen by Chaz Dean products. I'm sure they are over priced, but are they good products? So many claims about 'natural' products these days, but I'm not convinced that 'natural' means 'better.' (The weeds that grow in my yard are 'natural' but I wouldn't put them on my hair/skin just because they are 'natural.') Thanks!

The last time I was at the salon, they gave me a free sample of the Moroccan Oil hair thickener. I liked it well enough. As someone, who's still rather new to grooming the body, do people take showers daily, my hair has become rather thin and won't curly up properly any more, I'm losing hair. I typically take a shower twice out of the week because it dries out my skin not only my hair but also my face, arms ect. I typically tend to end up flaking even after rinsing and washing my face with hot water and stronger face cleaners.
