Caro I feel that you have the same Ayurvedic dosha to me. I'm Vata-Kapha. Vata (dry, cool, frizzy, airy) and Kapha (wavy, dark, curly, prone to eventual oily hair when it needs a wash). My hair is frizz central if I don't use products, I look like an angora bunny. Finding something that just allows for it to have a heaviness to it that helps the curls form is really hard. I also get tufts of frizz at the top of my head too. I've been using curling mousse for years but wanting to let go and find more natural ways. So thank you for this video xxx

I wanted to ask if you had any issues with the shampoo bar? I’ve been trying to use all natural shampoos but because of the hard water in NJ, I experience greasiness in hair after shower.

@@lo0segrip I haven't had greasiness with the shampoo bars at all! But when I tried using the conditioner bar on my scalp/head area it does end greasy, that's why I only use conditioner on the middle and tips of my hair :) I guess it's a matter of finding the right one for you, I love the lavender and coconut milk by meow meow tweet and I will soon try their rosemary to see what's up

Deberías intentar el curly hair method! Usar toallas regulares hace muy mal al cabello con waves/curls ya que no deja que se armen bien y además aumenta mucho el frizz. Es recomendable usar toalla de micro fibra o cualquier sudadera de algodón :)
