🎁 www.amazon.com/dp/B0CZP2CRCG Video Playlist : • Jay Shetty and His Wif...
Jay Shetty and his wife Radhi discuss how to deal with feeling annoyed by your partner. Radhi admits that Jay has never annoyed her, but there are times where she has gotten agitated and snappy with him. She also finds it annoying that Jay tries to resolve their arguments too quickly, rather than indulging in a heated argument. However, Jay is thoughtful about his words and never says things he doesn't mean, which is a quality that Radhi admires. Additionally, they discuss how much of their personal life they want to share with others, and how they have different comfort levels with being open about their lives.

Crying is a healthy expression of release. Vulnerability is appreciated from both of you. This could help so many couples see that a healthy relationship isn’t perfect and how communicating and understanding each other’s responses is essential.

It's like there's a pain or hurt underneath the woman is not expressing, maybe uncomfortable to share, but there certainly is something there that cause cry, Jay stop talking, ask your wife what she's not telling you that makes her unhappy or sad... there's a pain she's hasn't express

I was actually shocked that he just passed over her getting upset. I would have hoped he would be interested in what was making her cry. Maybe he didnt want to make it too personal infront of camera, but still for me showed a husband not attuned to his wife. I expected more from Jay. And if you're writting a book about your relationship, you ask the other person's permission!

I think in their relationship, Radhi wants to enjoy their union whatever it is...whereas Jay is trying to build & improve their union and wants to share it with others as an example to help people. In my opinion biggest mistake one can make is going public with such very private things...it should be between two people only. Hope they can survive in the long run.

I feel for her, she can’t truly be herself. She has to carefully choose her words and is probably over everyone having to read about them. She just wants to be her authentic self and is smoothered by him. He’s always right and talks over her, almost brushing her emotions away. He’s too serious for her, she’s too carefree for him. Just my thoughts!

You both are humans at the end of the day. Perfection doesn’t exist in anything in this world. They say, you get to know someone by traveling, doing business, and living with them. So anyone who hasn’t done any of those things, aren’t even close to know you both in how you both really are. This holds true for all of us. I pray that you both continue to blossom on your own and in your relationship

I could be projecting here but I feel like Jay lost his childlike innocence and is getting lost in the Media machine. It’s clear these two used to be like two peas in a pod but Jay is changing and Radha feels like she lost him somewhat. It’s crazy saying that considering he started as a monk. But I suppose that could be used as an Ego trap in itself to believe you could never flip to the other side

I appreciate and love Radhi's vulnerability. I am the same in being comfortable with sharing personal stuff. It takes practice to share. Thank you to both of you for being beautiful human beings.😌🙏💐

I often see comments about how perfect and cute they are together, and I often find myself wanting to say the same. As their audience, we should be mindful of not labelling them a perfect couple , because 1) it's not true 2) the pressure it puts on Radhi is very visible. ❤

I love the vulnerability you've both shared with us. The weight of "perceived" perfection is so heavy. Learning to embrace our individuality and embody it just as it is, is truly a day by day experience. And we're constantly changing, learning and growing so this part of us is always evolving. Being kind, accepting, loving and forgiving with ourselves just as we are makes a huge difference in how we see ourselves and others. Sending much love to you and Radhi ✨🙏💗

Jay, Radhi has every right to know what what your saying if this bothers her. Emotions, feelings are what you practice every day and with others. By this definition, you will grow in this area. I remember when my Ex would come home, wait for dinner and on the couch quiz me about current events from the Wall Street Journal! That was the best day because I stopped cooking, cleaning, shopping, put myself first instead of the marriage and read the Wall Street journal! Now I had a say, constantly challenging. He wanted someone to mirrior himself. Don’t compete. Of course we could have emotional relationships better then our partners. I’m sure that scares Radhi. She’s a doll! Respect. She does need her own podcast, or something she loves to call her own. My quote “The world is a classroom”. It’s not right or wrong, it’s what works for each of you both individually and in the marriage.

Practice makes perfect and you both practicing is perfect ✨️ I feel as though society has put such "high" expectations on what perfectionism is and tbh I believe that everything exists. Exists as it is for what it is and with that being said there is beauty within it all. We cant redo or undo what has already been created but I believe that we are all co-creators with the universe and whoever created perfectionism gave us the opportunity to identify with it in our own unique way. You both are perfect, perfect exactly as you are. Thank you both for practicing, progressing, and sharing these parts of your journeys. Love you guys 🤍🙏🏽✨️🌹

I really like her... it's a risk to be vulnerable and they do it as a service to others; if it helps others, there it is. And that's a beautiful thing. Still, being exposed like that, it doesn't have to be easy, it still has an uncomfortable side for sure. I feel it is important to transmit that hope, especially from people that are imperfect people (none is perfect) that keep fighting in life and don't give up. We are all fighting together in this crazy life. Anyways, thank you.

The relationship perception difference between an Introvert and Extrovert in a 10 minute video. 😊 I'm a lot like Radhi here. I need time to settle and process my volcano of emotions. If there was no love to begin with there'd be no volcano of emotions to deal with... So taking 2 days away is absolutely necessary for an introvert who is more a private person and doesn't like bouncing off of others. I really enjoyed this video and Radhi's volnurability because it reminded me of me. 💜 P.s: I hope this is taken well but Jay should always always always run these subjects by Radhi if they involve her, before putting them in print. He probably didn't know the extent of how she felt about it, but he knows now. Sending you both SO much love and blessings. ❤️🍀

I perceive she is not happy with him . She feels less than him or not worthy of him. She is crying because she is not completely at peace with him. But that is my perception of her. She is a beautiful soul trying to measure up to him.. he needs to stop been so perfect even though he says he is not but he acts to know everything.. everybody comes for his advise….to confess to him. He needs to pay more attention to his wife before is too late .. that is my humble opinion for how I see she cries.

This was very personal and I appreciated this. Nothing is perfect and the absence of perfection is not imperfection. It’s called a blessing. Marriage is work in itself, and I would imagine it to be a little more divisive when you factor in that Jay’s career involves HIS learnt experiences and sharing them with others. And as much as we appreciate his blessing to us it may create a standard from which his wife becomes automatically judged. I do believe she understands he will always share his experiences and is comfortable in him doing so, and she appreciates how he does it but that doesn’t necessarily mean she may want to do the same. That seems like a challenging space to be in when you wholeheartedly didn’t ask for the thing happening while navigating how to respect and support her husbands choice to make people happy. I understand how at the same time however, it being compares her to a standard to judge perfection against. This was a wholesome reminder and good example of knowing the importance of how and when to be selfless and show humility for the betterment of your marriage. No one said it would be easy but she’s showing grace through its challenge and I respect her for revealing it. ❤

It seems he is capitalizing on his relationship with her, and he really should consult with her before putting it in social media...he sounds like a narcissist...though he seems to try hard to be likeable, but his examples and research is pretty lame, not a scholar....I feel that she has to put everything now on social media and in the public as he wants to use it as currency...and want to portray this image him as this highly knowledgeable person, but in fact he is now become a capitalist, that can be commodify it...she sounds pretty unhappy and he doesn't seem to have patience or compassion, and not sure how he could actually be monk and even that is being capitalized. He's always looking for validation in her eyes and they are not really connecting.
