My tip for all the hair problems: ONION! Instead of using onion hair masks, go for our Indian culture of using natural-raw products. 1. Squeeze out the onion water after grinding the onion. 2. Take a spray bottle and pour the liquid. 3. Spray on your scalp and massage. Repeat this twice or thrice a week Trust me you will see the difference in a few days. If you hate onion smell, you can mix a little lemon juice(little not much). Finally I love Shreya and I really respect her that even though she can easily afford high end brands and review only those products but she cares about us who cannot really afford expensive brands and reviews the inexpensive brands/tips for us. LOL(Lots Of Love)

MY HAIR CARE TIP FOR SPLIT ENDS : Braid your hair while you go off to sleep and don't let the end of the braid hang, keep it in a small knot ( I hope I made sense ) Not a tight braid but a loose one. Why do we get split ends? I think it's because of the constant friction so by braiding your this particular way when the end of the braid is rounded, you avoid less friction and hence less split ends. Hope this helps! Ps. : You get satin caps to cover your hair while sleeping so can try that one as well

In my opinion you can prevent split ends. I used to get split ends all the time back when i was in school then I started trimming my hair every 3-4 months. The amount of split ends i used to get reduced but I would still get them at the end of every 3rd month. But due to covid situation the last time i cut my hair was in January. What I did was , I religiously oiled my hair once and week on lengths as well . I also applied curd on my hair (scalp and ends) once a week. And its been 6 months since my last haircut and i still can't spot a single split end. Maybe you can try this too♥️
@priyankakannan82284 жыл бұрын
Just curd is enough along Ur length? I have long hair and I always had to trim my ends and them hair grows back and spilt ends will be back. Kinda hate it Been facing it for like 2 years .

I have also dry and straight hair.. What I only do is i use only a good shampoo, I always make sure that my scalp is clean.. I wash my hair every 3 Or 4 days.. Rarely Or occasionally I use conditioner And serum. And whenever I go out I cover my hair with a scarf.. And on regular basis I don't do hair styles like pulling and clipping my hair also I don't do tight bun.. Mostly I do a braid.. Specially during night.. I don't want my hair to be messy while m sleeping.. And I do drink gallons of water.. And please don't use so many hair products and hair styling tools, the less u use the more ur hair will be healthy.. We really don't need that on regular basis.. Those who are working in front of the camera may be they are bound to do so.. But we girls really don't need them.. The more natural u r the more beautiful u r..

Just wanted to share a tip of my own, my hair fell out even when i combed it before shower, the only thing which worked for me was hop in the shower, shampoo and condition for 15 mins , ya exactly i do this while my hair tangled and when i rinse off my conditioner underneath running water then i comb my hair and take those tangles out and trust me guys, that makes all the difference

Recently saw some videos on Scalp exfoliation using AHAs and BHAs. Can you look into it because it's kinda looks scary but use of BHAs for stubborn dandruff also sounds practical!
@dr.nainayeri47064 жыл бұрын
Most people don't know this butsplit ends can be a result of usage of sub optimal quality hair cutting tools. Try to use only profesional or premium ones and you will see a difference. Also, increase protien( animal ) and Omega fattty acids in your diet , naturally or via supplements, it can dramatically improve your hair quality. Esp. if you are a vegetarian these tend to be lower. Give it some time because the new hair that'll grow from your scalp will be healthier n not the tip. Atleast 6 months required to see visible results.

Mam hair oil just lubricates scalp and hair...they don't promote hair growth..as oil can't penetrates in scalp..for hair growth hair vitalisers r used which penetrates and treats hair problem..we feel less hair fall by using some oils because it lubricates the scalp which sometimes helps to reduce scalp dryness and other scalp related problems like dandruff flakiness or any other issues.. otherwise hair oil has no role ..
