Your extensions are SOOO STUNNING. Hearing your feelings make me feel really weird and awful because they remind me of the year after I broke up with my first boyfriend, who I loved with all my heart, it was seriously the hardest time ever, I almost want to laugh it was so awful.... 12 years later and numerous breakups after that, I can tell you that nothing compares to your first breakup, and it DOES get easier. SO much easier. You are very beautiful so be careful of guys who want you for your looks - stay true to yourself and you will find a man that just makes you laugh, be everything your last boyfriend was in a different way and more. I have also just started commenting (I don't comment on youtube very much) I feel super connected to you in some weird way!! Come to Canada and let's be friends? You've also been such a healthy influence in my life; you inspire me and are keeping me on track of my weight loss goals. I am at 7 lbs loss so far, aiming for 37 more. I have clip in extensions and I also have very thin hair. my biggest tip is to TAKE CARE OF THEM! because if you don't they will get all dry and gross and since your hair is very thin and shiny/soft, the extensions will not be able to blend as well!

Just a word of warning, I have hair just as thin as yours and I had the exact same hair extensions. They completely destroyed my hair! I lost half of my hair when they were eventually taken out (and I always had them maintained regularly) and it took a few years for my hair to repair and grow. I know for sure only girls with thicker strands of hair can handle the hair extensions, no matter what a hairdresser tells you. I'm sorry if this is a bit of a downer, but its just a warning to you....they're fun at the time but the consequences are horrific. So I suggest clip in extensions xox

Jade Hunt Yeah I learned the hard and expensive way. I will always warn girls against tape, bead extensions or weaves if they have thin/fine hair because I don't want anyone going through what I went through and being left with almost no hair :( Clip in extensions all the way!!! xox

Cried when you talked about feeling scared you'd never find the one. Some people never do and I'm single so it scares me. I cry mostly because it's so cool Kurt was out there doing something while you were talking about having faith on finding him. Hey!! I had extension for a while (i know this comment is super late) make sure you brush even near where the extension is, just softly so not to remove the extension. When you take them out, it is really painful if you let it get notty near the extension tip. Depending on how the extension was put in, be careful with leave in conditioner as it can cause the glue to loosen. They look so pretty!

I do not have hair extensions but my mom does and just be really nice to them (lol) because if they get accidentally ripped out it takes your hair and hurts. I think in general my moms hair has gotten slightly thinner after using them as well. The hair is pretty though 😍 love the channel 😁😻

Heyy! I've been using extensions for the past 4 years. I use them with clip ons and it's definitely the best decision. I can put them on and take them off whenever I want and I recommend you to do so, b/c its the type that keeps your hair on the best shape. Lots of love babyyy❤️❤️❤️❤️

You are honestly my favorite youtuber. I've probably said that before on every video! I'm not always the most optimistic person, but seeing you living your life in the best way possible after a really crappy circumstance inspired me to be the same. I thought I was going to be with my ex forever as well, we talked about marriage and the future and everything in between. And then it was over in an instant. Hey girlie! For your extensions, my biggest tip is to sleep on a satin or silk pillow case! It keeps the moisture in your hair as well as preventing it from tangling!

Sarah, I'm married and have a 2-year-old son. I'm 35 and live in the U.S. I just want you to know that you're on the right track to just EMBRACE and ENJOY being single. I love my family to pieces but you learn so much about yourself when you're single. When you learn to love yourself and to know what makes you happy, I feel that only then can you make someone else happy too. This is all stuff you probably know, but I just wish someone had told me not to worry about getting married and having babies. Lol. It's gonna happen in time. I know what it's like to be with the guy you fully commit yourself to and plan your life with... an then it be over with and your left figuring out what you want and who you are. Yes there are down and lonely times that you wish you had that same thing again. But honestly you learn and grow and strive sooooo much more alone than in a relationship. Cherrish the time you have with YOU being just YOU... I am now married with 2 young children (Im 25)... and now life is all about being mumma and wifey. And very little time for me.. It is an amazing thing. But if I have any advice for my past single self... it would be enjoy yourself while you only have yourself to worry about... achieve your goals and invest into yourself! hey girl hey! i am so glad you got extensions! i have pcos too, have always had thin hair, and have been rocking them for years. the best thing i ever did to my extensions was get an EXPRESS keratin treatment on them. It prevents any tangling and keeps them silky smooth. it's a game changer!

Hi from the States! Love your vlog. I feel your hair struggles. I've done the extension route so some advice- use Argan oil on the ends to keep them from splitting (worked really well for me). Also, if you are going to do an updo I recommend popping a low dose pain killer beforehand. I found after a few hours all that extra hair got really heavy and painful!

I am very much into healthy eating and staying fit and lean but lately I've just been lacking the motivation to eat properly... and I feel like it's affecting my progress 100%. I'm becoming very demotivated especially because I really struggle with my inner thigh insecurities .... Hey Sarah! Here are some helpful tips I've learned! Don't brush your hair from the roots because you're more likely to rip out your extensions, so start brushing from the bottom and work your way up! Also when you wash and condition your hair, even with leave in conditioner, don't apply it all the way to the roots, start about 4-5 inches down from them! Ps: I love your channel and you're such an inspiration!!!
