Superfoods and home remedies for hair fall and grey hair.
FOR HAIR FALL

INGREDIENTS:
500 ml of cold pressed/wood pressed mustard oil
200 ml of cold pressed coconut oil (non-perfumed)
1 tbsp. methi powder
1 tbsp. of Curry leaves powder or a handful of curry leaves.
PROCEDURE:
Mix everything and store it in a clean glass bottle for a week to infuse.
APPLICATION:
Take the required amount and warm it a bit.
Once it becomes lukewarm, gently massage on scalp and through the length of your hair.
Keep for 1- 2 hrs before bath or apply overnight and cover with the shower cap.
Wash hair with a mild chemical free shampoo the next morning. You can do this twice a week.
**This oil will work best along with healthy eating, drinking, sleeping, moving and thinking habits.
FOR GREY HAIR

INGREDIENTS:
300 ml Raw virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
Dry roasted Curry Leaves (40-50 strands with leaves)
1/2 small cup kalonji dry roasted
PROCEDURE:
Make a powder of both curry leaves and Kalonji seeds.
Add in coconut oil.
Leave it for 1 week in shade and not in sun.
Apply twice a week, 4-5 hrs before washing hair.
FOR HEALTHY & LUSTROUS HAIR

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp. Amla (overnight soaked in water to form a paste)
2 tbsp. Shikaakai (overnight soaked in water to form a paste)
1 tsp. Methi Powder
1 tsp. Lemon squeezed
1 tsp. curd
PROCEDURE:
Mix all the ingredients and form a paste
Apply it to hair 2 hrs before washing

Some things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing hair ties because it causes tension damage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to protect my hair from pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

Make diet plant with 3 hours break from 7:00 am onward. Eat healthy and take 6 to 7 meals a day. Sleep early and wake up early, your body will start gain. Ist meal 7am, 2nd meal 10am, 3rd meal 1pm, 4th meal 4pm, 5th meal 7pm, 6th meal 10pm. Goodluck

Harsh arora avoide junk foods, sugar, cold drinks, dairy products, sweets and excessive oily meals. You can take milk without cream. To get stronger Add physical exercise in your daily routine that would be help in fat loss too. 😊

still unknown would be better if u add light physical activity with your diet. And must add Mutton, Beef, Fish, Sweet Potatoes, Eggs, Fruits, Milk Shakes, Nuts Etc. Your daily diet should be divided between protein+Crabs+vitamins. Your advised diet will be, 3 regular meals+3 snacks accordingly.
