It’s partially genetics but also how I take care of it. I use a lot of conditioning and smoothing products

That rice water hack worked great for me and i also used a clarifying shampoo which was amazing. However i couldn't commit to the hair care routine. At the end of the day i was back to using my quick shampoo no conditioner routine 😅

I have been using dove intense repair range from past 4 years religiously without switching to any other shampoo or conditioner Let me tell you, I now have knee length silky soft hair The conditioner is to die for because of how it makes my hair really silky and soft And the shapoo works really well for my oily scalp in washing it thoroughly

Girl, the blow drying hood didn’t work, because the air could not reach the inside of the curls. You need curling rods that are designed with holes and let the air circulate. The ones you used are absolutely not suitable for your desired outcome. They are too massive.
