I did this hairstyle today on my 4c hair cuz i wanted to be able to out a beanie on without fighting with it over a masive poof on my head! It worked hreat and looked just as cute!

The messy bun isn't a hair style it's a way to quickly contain your hair and keep it out of everything. The way it looks doesn't matter but I can tell you the more you try the worse it'll look A messy bun should not take time, if it does your doing it wrong.

I think it just depends on the person. if you like styling your hair its a lot harder with short hair but short hair doesn't get tanged or in your face as much.

I love the cut but this is a traditional bob and not a French one. French bob has face framing layers, some layers throughout, and it’s max chin length.

I love you Audrey, i have followed your hair care tips for years and my hair is so healthy and hip length, i use rosemary,mint and coconut and almond oil, i wash every second day and leave in conditioner and my tresemme heat protectant spray i need to start the rice water too!! ❤

There’s a curly hair equivalent too and this style is really popular back home, or in my boarding school back home. Since our hair is much coiler, we have a puff at the end instead.

Yes I disagree myself I've had long hair for as long as I can remember I cut 17cm of of it and I regret it Having short hair is such a hassle and so hard to manage 😭😭 I miss my long hair too

So this is a Dutch braid. It's hard to explain it, but with the Dutch braid, you have the braid exposed. With the French braid, however, the braid (or rope) is not exposed. It's under the hair. Imagine this braid but inverted.

Cutting (well, shaving) my hair truly DID make my life easier. Until it started growing out 🫠 I sure miss the 5 min shower & done situation, but NEVER again 😂
