My approach for my hair fall control. I mixed 4-5 drops of rosemary oil in my littllextraa coocoonnion shampoo during application and I kept on continuing this for approximately 3-4 months and I noticed my hair fall decreased so much.

Doing this routine for six months and my hairs are like what I use to have during my child hood days. 1. Apply warm coco onion oil biweekly 2. Let oil stay 1 hour before bath or throughout the night 3. Massage your scalp in gentle circular motions 4. Use mild coco onion shampoo and conditioner once a week 5. If balding I recommend minoxidil and dutasteride, you need the minoxidil for new hair growth and dutasteride to prevent further balding. If not, it could be telogen phase which typically lasts approximately 3 months. During this phase, hairs don’t grow, but they also don’t usually fall out. New hairs start to form in follicles that have just released hairs during the catagen phase.
