I grew up doing all of these and I’m sure a lot of people have. Refining the way we do things to see if we get better results isn’t a bad thing. Haircare like anything in beauty is never one size fits all. If you do the opposite of this and get the best results that’s great! However if you are noticing something off with your routine, maybe more shedding, or maybe you’re new to oiling, maybe these tips will help you ❤️ Okie love you ❤️

Hii!! Definitely do some gentle massage throughout the week with a scalp brush, or a bamboo brush, scalp Gua sha, or just your hands. A scalp serum and a hair supplement may also help to speed things up as well. Spraying Rosemary water is also a option aside from oiling.

All this...unless you have afro textured hair types. Yes I have an afro hair type (low porosity), I've had no chemicals for 25 years and have grown my hair to tailbone length. Leave your oil in for days. Your hair will love it. Concentrate on your ends. Protective styles are your friend. Minimal heat is a must, and a silk or satin pillow, scarf, scrunchy or bonnet is a must. ❤

You hair sounds beautiful♡. May I ask you what you do, to keep it healthy & strong? I'm sure NOT using all of the bad chemicals, which they seem to put in most things, helps. My hair was down to my waist, & is thick, but, very fine. I was really sick in bed & couldn't even brush it. I'm so embarrassed, & sad now😔. I think I'm going to have to shave my whole head now, because it's a huge rat's nest 😥! It's very embarrassing . I hope you have a great day 🌿🌹☘

I’m an Afro haired girlie except I’m high porosity! my hair is at my belly button, so I think that’s waist length but im not sure what is waist length. Anyways, coconut oil for high porosity hair is really really good. To maximize the benefits of coconut oil, use it as a prepoo before you get in the shower and let it absorb for a minimum of half an hour to prevent hydral fatigue so your hair doesn’t break from the swelling due to water. Coconut oil has become my holy grail for that reason. Just passing this in case anyone else sees this comment and is high porosity. If you’re low porosity, you might not like coconut oil.

Hi ! As a hairstylist I agree with all you say this is a great routine to do on dryer hair and curly hair which naturally are dryer. I’d just add that oiling your length does not actually make your fibre more fragile while they are saturated with it (water would, but not oils) although not tying your hair too tight is always a good idea ! ❤️

The hair fall control and hair regrowth serum by littleeextra reactivate has performed so well for my hair growth. Its sleek bottle and dispenser spray bottle make use easy. After applying it for a few weeks, I've noticed a significant decrease in hair fall and damage. My hair becomes more stonger and looks better overall. I've even noticed some new growth in areas where my hair was thinning. What sets this serum apart is its ingredients known for boosting hair growth and strength. Overall, I highly recommend the Serum to anyone looking to enhance the thickness and health of their hair.

Very good to mention! And different skin "types", we will react differently to things applied on our skin. I'm not a scientist or professional but pH balance is important so be careful with products. Maybe oils don't affect that idk but just don't expect everything someone else does to benefit you the same way, might even make the opposite ❤

Yess. Its that I use tretinoin combined with azelaic acid. I use exfoliating cleansers with salicylic acid and glycolic regularly too. Sometimes I’ll use enzyme masks and exfoliating masks.. but I’m soo focused on keeping my skin hydrated as much as possible, I won’t let myself have dry skin. And I always apply hydrating skincare to damp skin. Healthy hydrated skin just makes any of my wounds, dark spots heal and go away so much faster, While using the actives of course.

Finally, I reduced my white flakes on the scalp and hairfall. First, Apply hair oil and leave it overnight or for a minimum of 1 hour for it to work. Step 2: Wash it off with shampoo. Step 3: Put on conditioner of your choice to the roots of your hair. I used a mild and natural hair fall control kit by littleeextra cococonion for these steps as it's gentle and organic, and is considered gud for hair fall control. If you also have dandruff, apply lemon juice on your scalp at least once a week before shampooing and wash it off about an hour later.

Watching hair care videos really makes me wish I could grow out my own hair one day 🥺 just to feel the weight of my hair hanging from my head, to feel a brush or comb go through it and catch a knot, getting a hair band stuck in my hair to the point I just have to cut it out, finding the right kind of products and routine, having good and bad hair days, seriously contemplating what hair cut I should get and then instantly regretting it but then growing to love it. Lol I know I'd absolutely destroy my hair with bleach and dye omg I love colored hair. I wonder what texture my hair would be...I know curly but how curly? And would my hair be dark brow or black. Breing so short it looks black but it looked more brown in old photos when it was longer. I wonder would I quickly get tired of all the effort it takes to maintain healthy hair and chop it off or love all the care it takes? I really hope one day I can find out because trichotillomania sucks dookie

Hi Sarah, thank you for your precious advice 🥰 I was wondering if all these oils (rosemary’s, pumpkin seeds, castor and so on) are good only to be applied on the scalp or I can apply them on the length of my hair too. I’m new to this and I’d like to get as much as possible. Ty ❤️

Yes you can definitely apply them to the your lengths. Rosemary tends to target the hair follicle, not really the hair strand. But as for the carrier oils like almond, pumpkin, they can have a lot of benefits when it comes to the lengths, just choose an oil that works well for your specific hair porosity. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

I sometimes mix certain oils like rosemary oil and pumpkin seed oil… or I will just use a premixed oil like the rosemary scalp treatment from the innate life

Sis your hair is so luscious lol omg but I do sleep with hair in my hair because my scalp is SO DRY that by morning it's crusty. What do you recommend for a curly haired lady to put in her hair over night??

yes diluting rosemary oil is so important! 👍 And i love using my wooden brush to massage my scalp - soo relaxing. I use 20g lotion + 1 teaspoon shampoo + 2 drops rosemary camphor + 1 drop chili co2 extract and massage that on my scalp. It warming when massaged into the skin. For blood flow.

Hi, I’ve been in a confusion identifying if the Mielle rosemary oil is for any hair type or only curly hair types. 😅

How do you fit the 3-4 hours wait into the day if not sleeping with the oil? I feel like sleeping is the only way I could find time

You could even leave it in for an hour or two.. sometimes I’ll apply it after work and wash it out before bed.

How often do you do hair oiling?
@dnsol1025
@dnsol1025 Жыл бұрын
@@kincely30 I’ll usually do it on my wash days which it really depends because I used to go like 4-5 days without washing my hair but now I wash every 2-3 days because my head would start to itch on day 4 ish and that wasn’t good either 😂

Hi Sarah do you mind sharing your reviews of each oil? Like innate life mielle and your own concoction? I have dandruff and I am looking for a lightweight oil. Mielle light is good but I am wondering about other brands
