It definitely made my hair extremely moisturized. I was surprised about how well it worked and I didn't even leave it in my hair for a long time.

My hair was getting dry so I started using the shampoo, conditioner, and mask and right away I felt the differences. It felt softer and it was shiner and less frizz.. I love it!

Thanks for the suggestion!!! I'll definitely try the conditioner. I don't shampoo, but I'll use it as a co-wash. I'll try and do a video review on it later!

I think you can leave it in your hair for longer than 7 minutes, it shouldn't have any adverse effects.

try crème of nature shampoo and cond. its the BEST. it made my ,thick dry, wirery texture frizzy hair into really soft hair!

No. The directions say to only apply it for 5 mins the most
