This video is trash. Shampoo dont cause hair loss. You hair grows from the inside so in the outside you just use shampoo to wash it or clean the dirt/dust from the air or whatever. Genetics is the real problem. The care you take in your hair made this shine and soft but theres a lot of people who dont take care and the have good hair all their life. And others dont. Washing your hair every day does not cause hair loss. Search for it, be my guest. This dude in the video is not a dermatologist or a doctor. He talks garbish...

Sigh... Okay, let's do this. Co washing is NOT just washing your hair with conditioner instead of shampoo. The great majority of conditioners have ingredients like silicone and petroleum in their formulas, wich can cause a build up in your hair and fuck up your scalp (really bad) if you keep using it without sulfates to take them away. Co washing requires you to use proper conditioners, that usually contains cleaning agents (like amphoteric tensioactifs) that are waaaay more gentle to your hair and scalp than sulfates. Also, once you start co washing, say goodbye to all products with silicone, petroleum, petrolatum and stuff like that, co wash can't clean that from your head. And finally. Co washing is not for everyone. It can damage your scalp as bad (or worse) than sulfates. Look for professional info before jumping into anything.

Dont listen to this dude. Wash your hair. Genetics cause the real hair loss. Then there are factors like, too hot water, or using product to dye your hair can cause damage. But the real problem is genetics. Theres people who dont take care their hair and use any shampoo and have good hair. Is all about genetics, but wash your hair without shampoo is bad. I mean theres polution in the air, you get dirty if you go to the gym or work in some enviroments. Just wash your hair with not too hot water and dry it softly...
