Normal things your hair does: - Shedding (100-200 hair/day) - may appear thinner when wet - widows peak hairline (NOT receding) - baby hairs around temple (NOT balding) Help hair growth: 1. Nutrition 2. Stress less 3. Stop over shampooing (sulfate free shampoo) instead shampoo 1-2x’s per week 4. Don’t use heat on hair 5. Drink enough water (add Celtic Sea Salt if possible for electrolytes)

I disagree. If you ask them about hair and if they think think you’re balding they’ll just say “use rosemary oil” when they don’t know how balding works, how useless rosemary is for androgenetic alopecia and how you need to use finasteride and minoxidil. Most women only know surface level stuff, maybe good for hair care but not good for hair growth imo. Only some women who’ve faced andorgenetic alopecia themselves will have great advice imo

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:13 Hair *loss in men increases with age, so it's crucial to pay attention to hair health. Thick, healthy hair depends on factors like diet, natural oils, and hair care choices.* 01:12 Shedding *100-200 hairs daily is normal; more may be a concern. Wet hair may appear thinner, but it doesn't indicate balding unless excessive scalp is visible.* 02:08 Differentiate *between a Widow's Peak and receding hairline. Taking action early is crucial if your hairline is receding.* 03:16 Lack *of essential nutrients, vitamins, and high stress levels can lead to thinning or balding hair.* 04:24 Avoid *over-shampooing; sulfate-free shampoos are recommended. Co-washing is an alternative. Washing hair after workouts can be minimized using powder-based dry shampoo and a loose bun.* 05:35 Use *the lowest heat setting when blow-drying; apply heat protectants. Protect hair from sun exposure with products containing UV filters. Maintain a nutrient-rich diet for thick hair.* 06:45 Regularly *apply natural oils and serums to promote hair growth. Consistency and patience are key for visible results.* Made with HARPA AI

Guys, listen, I love my hair and have valued and cared for it my entire life. I have a widows peak and have had one my entire life but when I turned 22-23 my hairline began to mature and I thought nothing of it. However, as the months progressed, it began to look more and more unnatural so I started doing stuff about it like Hims. Please be aware of your hair because if you aren’t careful you could lose it!

The secret to having thick hair: genes. That's it If you have the DHT-sensible hair follicle gene it's over for you, sooner rather than later. I had incredibly thick hair when I was a teen. Probably the thickest people who've seen me will see in their lives. I lost it all despite doing all this bs for years. I've seen countless homeless people, or people who have an extremely awful lifestyle and they have a full head of hair.

@@anonisnoone6125 I've seen quite a few and all they say is to just get a hair transplant. Especially where they are able to do hair transplant in the same clinic. Not a single one of them helped. They don't know anything here, I had to explain the DHT inhibition of hair follicle mechanism to them. One of them said just use Minox, which does absolutely nothing to stop hairloss (just delays it by boosting blood flow) I started losing my hair since 17, heavily, afterm a really emotional trauma. By 19 it was noticeable even though I had absolutely amazing hair density, but I could still hide it. By 21 I had to cut it short, by 23 I startes shaving my hair with razors and now I trim it with clippers at about 4-5 mm, because I just couldnt take it anymore seeing my hair everywhere and it being thinner and thinner. My hair strand diameter also reduced by a lot, probably ¼ of what it's been. Some hairs were barely visible when fallen because of this. Nothing really helped, and I can't take Finasteride because I have naturally low DHT (i've got shit beard genes too) and if I took Finasteride I probably would get all of the sides because I'd nuke what remains of my DHT production (mood booster, anti-depressant, male characteristics, libido etc etc.) So some people really are just dealt a shit hand in this regard. I tried cold showers, no shampoo, no heat, all pills & vitamins, sunlight, stress reducjng, massage, hand stands, anythi g you could think of besides dermarolling (afraid of permanent scalp damage, but I'm desperate so I will soon try) and the other more expensive stuff like redlight therapy and the other procedure, plasma platelet enrichment or whatever, which is very mediocre in results and extremely costly (dermatologists love this treatment as well, gee, I wonder why)

Hair loss and growth is complicated - no singe product will fix it, but a combination of a hair growth routine will do - i know I did for my own hair, as well as my brothers hair. We did the following: Scalp massage 20mins a day, the taoist soap for hair 2x a week, Nettle tea to detox hormone residue from liver everyday, and collagen powder 2x a day everyday. This is a basic framework which will show results. Results doesnt mean a 100% bald man will become goldilox, but it will be significant enough for you and others around you to notice. Thank me later.

It always depends on the hair type..if you have oily hair and sculp, of course you should not wash yr hair once in a week..it is like saying you should wash yr oily face once in a week... if you work out and swet, you should also wash your hair and scalp every time, i believe, or use a dry shampoo for short hair, but long hair may need more things....one thing i do is applying laurel or castor oil for thirty minutes, then i shampoo twice with organic rosmarin shampoo and finish with an organic conditioner...

I have really thick hair naturally. If you dont believe me just look at my pfp. But I get sever dandruff every 2-3 months and the cause for that is my thick hair! The dermat said that my hair are so thick that my scalp doesnt get any sunlight at all due to which theres an increase in some bacterial growth which causes dandruff. Also, I have really oily scalp so I have to use Shampoo every other day. So having thick hair is not really that good, it comes with its own problems. What I am trying to say is that the Grass is not greener in this side😂. Just be happy how God/nature made you and accept your being completely. You dont need to look like some OTHER person. You are you and you are unique. Also, the point he mentioned about shampooing. I dont agree with it. It depends on what kind of scalp you have. If you have oily scalp like mine, then you can get away with using shampoo everyday. And you MUST avoid any kind of Hair oils. You dont need them. Instead buy a Gentle Daily use shampoo. I use one from Cetaphil and Celsun

genetics doesnt mean its gaurenteed to happen. it means in a certain environment you will get this. if you change the environment, you don't get it. this is what i talk about on my channel as well.

As a guy with thick hair all i can say is... Don't! ... Don't do it, keep your thin hair, and doesnt matter if it looks bald when is wet, you will miss the moments when your hair used to move with the wind

Just apply butter milk on scalp or apply neem leaves juice on scalp to remove dandruff And use mustard oil for healthy scalp and thick and shiny hair

None of this will 'definitely get results' - most hair loss in men is genetic and there's nothing you can do to stop it. Alternatively look at oral finasteride/minoxidil, PRP injections or hair tattoo if you've lost your hair. Also castration stops baldness - shocking but true

"There's nothing you can do to stop it" - literally gives ways to stop it. Finasteride is enough for most.

Just be bald . Wash your hair everyday, no shampoo. Don't apply anything in your hair. You can use 100% pure oil once a week . Apply oil 2-3 hrs before washing hair. Exercise everyday. Avoid junk foods especially soft drinks and chips. Include proteinous food like egg in your diet . Drink water.

Shampoo usually strips your hair of natural oils and then it tends to overproduce those oil.. I had oily hair and dandruff as well.. stopped using shampoo.. just washing with water, almost daily.. once a week with apple vinegar and lemon.. no oil, no dandruff, no itching, no smell.. not sayin it works for everyone but certainly for me.. shampoo solving problems people never had:))
