There was a lady claiming to be a dentist doing veneers in Las Vegas and she was shut down and the same lady opened up an office in Chicago a few weeks later and did the same thing again! It happens everywhere! We as a country just elected a 37 count convicted felon to the highest office in the land… anything is possible in this cooky world🤔.

Hi doc, I have been using finasteride since 3 months and my loss has been stabilized. But there was not much improvement of density in the crown area than other parts. If I introduce dutasteride once a week or switch from fin to dus will I receive a better results like better hair count and density.

More density and more blockage of DHT . And you will land up in a problem and stop completely. I see this much too often. Stick to Finasteride. You likely will benefit by 6-12 months. Be patient.

Location DOES matter. You need to understand the legal landscape for the context of hair transplants and surgery in various countries and the history and evolution of that history. Example: Techs cannot perform extractions in New York state, therefore, you need to understand what that really means. Not only for the variety of surgery you might end up with in a New York clinic (even if they insist they do both FUE and strip) but also what opportunities this creates for the industry in other countries. Next you need to realise what kind of recourse you will have.

In India for sure I know any complaint to medical authorities will be speedily addressed. As far as technicians go, I got a hair transplant touch up from a US clinic in 2012 and a nurse did the harvesting!

Is it illegal for a tech to watch over an Artus machine? No. Some states may not be policing or enforcing laws. The key point for all us pundits is, is to study the landscape and look for threats, incentives, competitors etc., for various practices and be aware of the promotional rhetoric used in various locales, once armed with this knowledge.

Hey sir, I'm 18 days post-op, and had a thread from my T-shirt that rubbed against my scalp while taking it off, and the shirt itself also rubbed, and I felt moderate pain during this. I got anxiety from this incident and i ended up shampooing and rinsing my hair pretty aggressively, which also resulted in moderate pain. Could this affect or dislodge the grafts in anyway? Update: a guy just died from a beard hair transplant done in turkey. It was done by a real estate agent claiming to be a Dr. this would never happen in USA. It is not skill or experience it is safety…these people can just get away with doing procedures and marketing in some of these countries

I went with USA because I want to be sure I do not contract a blood Bourne disease and I want the Dr. name and clinic address I can go to and know they are accountable for any complications not some country I do not know their language or proper authorities. I trust you Dr. Bhatti and other Drs in Turkey but never these hair mills that infest some of these foreign countries. I don’t know what medical regulations are in place but these hair mills with people from the street doing the procedures would never happen in the USA they would be arrested quickly so that makes me skeptical of regulatory bodies and authorities in these places..this is from my own opinion my Dr. never said anything about other countries
