As a Turk from Istanbul I’m happy to hear how unbiased you are. Just like you said, it comes down to who the doc is and what proper training they had. Most medical procedures in Turkey are regulated similar to EU and it‘s a lot cheaper. I can never understand how you can travel to a country and not know the name of the country and the city you‘ve been to -especially when it‘s a city that was the capital of many cultures for centuries.

3:25 so true I do brow treatments and really dislike those strict microblading measurements.... that's why they always look so artificial. Yeah, the clients usually want more symmetrical brows but you can do "more even brows" without literally a mirror effect. And I try to explain to them , if you look at your hairline you can see the hair flow and direction which also impacts the direction of brow hairs making one lower and one higher, one rounder- one straight. It's usually the same as the hairline, if you have a higer left side, your left brow is also higher (and i think it should stay that way)
@Iflie8 ай бұрын
Yeah they want to do their perfect brow when they should be doing YOUR brows as no one has exactly the same stick on shape.

idk about that but every time i see a woman with painted on eyebrows i dont want anything to do with her. Or eyebrows plucked so much its a thin line or as you said, way too symmetrical while the face isn't. Makes it look goofy ahh
@DeadKraken8 ай бұрын
This is why I'm starting medical therapy for my eyebrows, with Bimatoprost, before doing anything that requires another person's skill to accomplish, on my face. I have very sparse brows with an ugly natural shape, so it took me years to understand exactly the most natural, harmonious and realistic\believable form to do them with make up and I'm a professional artist. I know a good microbladed brow will look perfect on me and save me from wasting time with make up, but I've seen the results and those rigid shapes will never look good on me, plus I don't trust anyone to do something semi-permanent on my face, unless they also are skilled in the artistic field(so they can understand the importance of having imperfect shapes) or even let me draw my own shape. Which excludes 100% of the studios near me or in my city lol

Hair transplantation in Turkey is now simply wrong and dangerous! I live in Turkey! Nowadays, in many clinics, transplantation is performed not by doctors, but by medical brothers (nurses), who have “seen enough” and teach from the doctors. But themselves do not have the right to do this procedure! A lot of nurses like this quit from clinics and opened their own!! So they do a wrond way! My friend works in a popular clinic for such operations and she says that there are a lot of complaints and side effects now that doctors are silent about! My husband had such an operation 4 years ago, inflammation began, his head was simply rotting, and the doctors only advised him to take various antibiotics and nothing helped! As a result, my husband now has huge scars on his head and in these places hair no longer grows at all, just empty holes! but because of the antibiotics there was a side effect, and he had to do a second surgery on the stomach!

1. Nothing wrong with having juvenile hairline at old age. People that naturally have juvenile hairline at their 60s look just fine and younger. The problem with these hair transpants is that they really suck at making a good juvenile hairline, where's the temporal hairs? Why is the hairline completely straight? Not even kids have such perfectly straight hairlines. 2. But let's be realistic. There is not enough donor hairs and you're better off saving them for a high/ temporally receeding style hairline in future. Having decent frontal lock and crown coverage instead of obsessing over te temporal points would be much better strategy in the long run. Also many people let their hair fall on their forehead/ face instead of using hair products to do a slick back. In such cases, why bother having very low hairlines, it's not gonna be visible anyway and a higher hairline would be much more practical in that case.

Transplants from Turkey seem to counter all of the rules of reasonable transplantation. Emphasis seems to be placed on lowered, high-density hairlines, with exaggerated temple reconstruction. The net byproduct is that future work might be compromised due to overharvesting, and 10 years down the line, the patient may have a 'Drake' style hairline with diffused thinning behind it. I will stick with Hasson & Wong in Canada, they have been great to me and I will be visiting them again shortly.

Hi there I live in Turkiye. Some of my friends has gone through this procedure. Surgents do not perform hair transplantation. Trained stuff (mostly not a MD) do. Surgent only does the planning.

This angers me that a doctor would do a 4000 graph hairline like that on the subject of this video. I have seen a lot of these Turkey transplants and a lot of them are straight across like that with no gradation in the front. This man went for a 15 year old hairline and looks odd. A normal hairline at his age does not look like that. The front should look jagged meaning not straight think of what a gear sprocket looks like it is jagged in appearance with single graphs used. What will this guy look like at 50 and 60? He could loose most of the hair on top and then he will have a freaking front hair line that looks too low. This is what I have noticed with most of these Turkey hairlines.

Hi Gary. In this video you’re saying that oral Fin/minox is more effective/potent than topical. Are you sure about that? As far as I know, research has shown that topical application just gives the same effect as oral.

Who provides the aftercare after the patient fly back to his home country ? That would worry me if I decide to go out of the country for a surgical procedure. Granted hair transplant isn't exactly brain surgery, but it's still a medical procedure that could lead to complication during the recovery process.

I had so called unlimited hair transplant for set fee. When i asked after how many grafts they did , they weren't sure. I don't think anybody counts them or is able to keep track of them. They take few hours to pick them and it all depends on how fast technicians pick them. I had few different people swapping in turns to pick them

@@hmdwn IDK where you're seeing that. The reviews are out there, and they're consistently among the top. BOSLEY is a brand that takes pride in quality. That's why they've been around for almost 50 years. Versus clinics that are popping up like fast food chains. Barely know what they're putting in you or even saying. If I have a complication, I can drive to my clinic. Not the case if you're going 5,000 miles away. And all due respect but until you pull the trigger and get one yourself, you don't even have a dog in this fight.

Our doctors are great docs. They have more surgery experience than most of the surgeons in the west. For example cardiologs turkish surgeons do surgery everyday , but Western or American Surgeons do 1 surgery ın 1 month and get the same amount of money. So yeah it is Cheap but not because of our surgeons' lack of quality, it is because of the economic sitiuation ın Turkey so for example you can buy exact same detergent ın turkey 10x cheaper than in your country due to the Dolar/tl sitiuation. So do not be jeaolous just do not put unfair prices for your operation so people won't go to turkey for exact same operation for cheaper price
