you jsut avoid the scalps and carefully condition just the ends that's what I do at least (I have neck length hair)

I have psoriasis and honestly I really struggle with it. Does someone know what to do ? I even go to the doctor but nothing help.

You should try doing photodynamic therapy or, try doing ultraviolet light therapy, poltreum jelly, moisturizer,urea, and coal tar extract some medications are steroids,vitamin A deretitive, if you are allergic to any of these then don’t do it but I got this off of google :> I hope this helps another thing is anti itch cream or ointment!

My hair loss is genetic, I literally have a fear of being bald as I grow older😭😭😭

It is largely genetic ,but taking appropriate and intensive care right now will mitigate the effects. Maybe focus on growth and retention ( rosemary oil is magic for this) and a healthy diet with a lot of protein and fresh fruits. Good haircare is a preventative measure in itself !
