I live in Korea, and in real life, a lot of young Koreans are beautiful - flawless skin, perfect figures. That being said, there's also a special place to do your makeup in every bathroom, in addition to the normal sink. You'll always see a lot of people reapplying their makeup there. I participated as an audience member for an SBS variety show, and every time the cameras stopped rolling on them, people were at their mirrors fixing their faces. Plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures are so common that there's even a lack of regular doctors. It's much more rewarding to be a plastic surgeon currently. Unfortunately, people go into debt for beauty. The pressure is real, and it's affecting their mental health😢.

I started using a pdrn serum but results are cumulative w all of the other stuff I do: daily vitC/silicon supplements, red light therapy to get the serum to absorb, daily diet w homemade organic natto and kimchi, general healthy diet daily, low consumption of alcohol, drinking water/coconut water, regular exercise, daily sunscreen 50spf. I also just started bioID micronized progesterone and got the most compliments on my skin

i used to get Botox for TMJ, turns out it was just a potassium deficiency. Eating bananas or avocados for breakfast and drinking coconut water saved me a lot of $$.
