Fantastic! As a fan of Hair since it opened on Broadway April 29, 1968...I can say this is one of the best performances I have seen in a long time.

I actually had to wait before the video was over to comment, because I was too afraid I would miss something INCREDIBLY AWESOME if I looked away, even for a second!

I know the musical very well, and I can tell you that this is VERY MUCH part of it. In fact, in the original Broadway production Claude and Berger (James Rado and Gerome Ragni) had very similar dance moves to those performed here.

I was told by a friend that knows the musical that it is not part of the musical... Yay Drew *laughs* I was laughing like mad as he did it and then the grin on his face XD

Well, you know what they say...When you can't dance, hide and let everyone else do it. ;)

I'm so surprised that this is still so successful today. It came out long hair was a radical rebellious thing to do.

Haha I do watch this over and over and over. The cast album is impossible to get. I keep trying to find it. Anyone know of it's location?

Um, no, he is the one with shorter hair :) I have this left-right confusion :) Strange, that you don't recognize him if you saw him in Lestat :)

I just wish it was easier to understand all the words. Sometimes, it starts to sound like just this mess of sound...

LOL It is badass, but it isn't real. Like lots of roles that a director wants tattoos, it's fake.
