The only thing that annoys me about this video is her confidence that it was the product falsely advertising a color and not the fact that she personally used the product incorrectly. It's like when people buy something and leave a review that clearly shows they though they were buying something else. Dont' give something a 1 star review just because you made a mistake. Review the product you got not the disappointment you got when you messed it up. This product seems like it works just fine as advertised.

Yes you are correct. I have used that exact product in the same color and achieved the exact color the box shows. The difference is my hair is almost all natural white hair and not much of my natural reddish brown hair left. So bleaching my hair to remove any of my reddish brown that still was mixed in with my white hair worked out just fine for me. That product works just fine but the hair has to be as light as possible or it will end up like her hair did.

If I could have a dollar for everytime someone complained about the products from where I work. Had a woman three weeks ago saying that what she bought did not taste good and had an odd texture. Turns out she used milk instead of water. And did not put it in a shaker or anything. All of that was on the instructions. Telling her that did not help.

I don’t think we have to be mean about it, from watching these videos I realized it is very common that people don’t understand how these products work and most have no color theory understanding. I just wish more of them would find a good professional colorist. So many of them ruin their beautiful hair!

This isn't the same as Schwarzkopf Live. This is a permanent color. The fails I've seen for this product are the same cause as this girl's -- they didn't read the box. The examples on the box are for bleached pale blond and *natural* light blond, which is why her results are so far off. I've seen gorgeous results on natural salt-and-pepper hair. The white hair goes gleaming pure silver, and the darker hair takes on a lovely metallic sheen.

Oh, these ladies with such beautiful dark eyes and nice wavy natural dark hair are killing me, Hair Buddah! They don't know how lucky they are to have such natural beauty. I've always envied those dark eyes and hair. (I guess you always want what you don't have?) I'm a blue-eyed mousy blonde-brown hair type who used to "frost" my hair for years starting back in the late 70s onward till I just got so tired of it. My own mother was a platinum blonde from the 50s on, and she did a nice job bleaching out her own hair at home until she couldn't anymore, but I never wanted to go that far with hair color, just too much upkeep, and I HATE seeing those black roots. I still do, whether it's "in" or not since I'm old school. Lol. I actually don't mind my grey hair, which is coming in slowly and gradually. My grandmother didn't become fully grey until her 90s. I'm enjoying your channel and commentary and agree with you!! These younger ones should save their money and have things done the right way when it comes to changing colors like these. Actually, where I live in Ohio, we have always had a school of cosmetology open to the public, where you can get your mistakes taken care of at less expensive prices.
