Yes its ridiculous the amount they charge for something thats temporary. If they cut real hair its only £10 so why charge over 200 for something they could ruin

It can be really hard! But you're right to make sure you know your hair color before you order. We'd recommend sending in a hair sample or even ordering a color ring if you're unsure. Would not suggest this if you're not a professional hairstylist. You can ruin your unit and guess just leave it on Steve because he doesn't mind.
