There is a blog site on Google, called zknives. Check out what this person is saying on steels. Either knives or scissors. They are cutlery steel. You will find 420 steel, is as low a quality steel used for cutlery, than anything produced in Asia or Europe. Btw. Penultimate, or should I say Mr Larry Dunbabin, your days are over, as a shear salesman.
