Thank you so much for this very helpful and detailed tutorial. You said that your technique is so easy that even a beginner could do it, but I'm guessing that you meant a beginner hairstylist. Well, I'm an engineer, and have never cut anyone's hair in my life, and even I was able to follow your instructions! My wife needed a haircut, and due to the current Covid pandemic, most hairstylists are closed, and also, we didn't want to expose my wife to any unnecessary contact. Being a total newbie, it did take me 2 full hours to get the job done, but in the end, it came out pretty well. We had both watched your video in its entirety first, and then I was using it as a reference during the haircut itself. My wife didn't want long hair hanging in front of her face, so we cut eye-length bangs for the small section on her forehead. Other than that one small deviation, we tried to follow all your steps exactly. Anyway, a bit surprisingly due to my inexperience, the haircut came out quite nice. Thanks again for this excellent, very detailed instruction video!

Beautiful tutorial. I believe you produce some of the best quality haircutting instructionals on KZbin. Everything is explained extremely well so I'm able to follow & understand what you are doing and why. I can't say that for most haircutting videos on KZbin or even most classes I've attended over the years. I think I've learned more in this hour than I've have after spending $$$$ on cutting classes. I also appreciate that there is no crazy music which I find very distracting. Also thanks so much for the English translation however this tutorial is so detailed & systematic I think I could have followed in your language as well. You taught me so much & you definitely gained a new subscriber.

This is the best tutorial I've watched on KZbin. I totally understand the path he has set forth in this video. Instructions are not so much for a beginner either. It's a teaching video to cut hair in detail and "why" shows in the final product. This is the type of haircut, I want to be associated with my name. This is a very professional type haircut if done by a top Atlanta, or New York Stylist. Taking pride in the service you perform to each of your clients is priceless!

Most hair stylist book every half hour. This video was approx. 1 1/2 hrs long. We, as hair stylists could not make much money booking every hour and a half. Still, as far as this being a great video, I just wish I had seen this video when this style first became popular in the US. Anyone who can do this cut like he does it, it can help a cutter with all other cuts. There is a lot to take in watching this video. This stylist is a master cutter.

This is a beautiful haircut... and i do appreciate the time he took with his client and how he handled this with care... however not a lot of people have the patience to sit in the chair for another 1/2 hr getting their hair cut after a 2hr color job... is there a quicker way to introduce this? Einfach Klasse! Sieht super aus! Da sieht man mal den Unterschied zwischen einen Weltklasse-Coiffeur und einem 08/15 Haarschneider! Bei diesem Bob sitzt jede Strähne, deswegen schneidet der Meister ja auch 1,5 Std! Hinterher braucht man dann fast gar nix mehr machen, man benötigt weder Haarspray (ein bisschen) noch andere teure Pflegeprodukte! Wenn ich da an die Klitsche denke, in die ich gehe... ewiges Warten, 10 min. schneiden, blödes Gelaber, null Styling und danach habe ich grottenschlechte Laune, wenn ich den Salon verlasse! Der Tag ist dann immer für mich gelaufen...
