See if your phone has a blue light filter, or see if you can download one. It gives the screen and orange tint which counteracts the blue light 😌 worked for me. The blue light filter on my phone is called reading mode

Hey Brad I am 65 and I am getting my short hair dyed with purple root shadowing ombre transitioning from vivid purple at the roots to light or lavender leading into my very white ends.
