Thanks! I am so bad at remembering to take them too, but when I see results so quickly it helps motivate me to remember lol plus I keep them near my cell phone because thats the first thing I go to when I wake up so they are right there so it helps me remember to take them lol

Do the vitamins help you grow new hair or do they just help to get longer?

I find that they did make my hair thicker so I believe it is helping new hair grow, but from personal experience, and I do have a video about it, you should use products with stimulating ingredients like nettle, cinnamon, spearmint, those ingredients help stimulate the scalp and promote healthy new hair growth.
