I experienced COVID that lasted a good 11 days. I thought I was ok until I started to lose more hair than normal. Following some research, I am realizing it’s from the stress my body had during that time period and also the shampoo that I was using. So I began doing meditation, yoga daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextrraa coooconion anti hair fall kit. And today i dont face any hairfall. Thank you for this video! I feel so much more at peace.

I've tried honey as a face wash. I didn't really feel clean after using honey. So now I'm using it more as a "toner" i use it to adjust my ph levels after cleansing with a really gentle soap bar. I leave it on my face as long as I can. And that has worked wonders for me. I still love it though!

I dont get SD on my scalp but do get it on my face. I am using apple cider vinegar & water wash. 1:1 ratio. I use a tsp of acv/water on my face. 2x a day. Let dry. Then put coconut oil on it. Day one it burned but bareable. It turned from red to pink day 1. Day 2 it peeled but baby soft skin under it. Day 4 no burning, no pink. Normal skin. A lil peeling still not much. I also eat 1tsp coconut oil, and take probiotic pill. 1 pill 2x a day 12hrs apart. Vit d/c pills too. Its GONE!!! U dont need special diet. Just increase probiotic pills & eating coconut oil, if u eat surgar/dairy/carbs.or try drinking acv w water

Did they ever bleed? I am dealing with bleeding scalp sores for two half years. I been on my second dermatologist trying to get an answer. They told me it was priugio nodularis on my scalp but im not convinced that is the issue. I been slowly transition my diet and cutting out foods. I tried many medicated shampoos on the market but the scalp sores are still not going away. I might have to cut dairy next for a few months and see. Thanks for the great video. Nice to see that I am not the only one suffering with the embarrassing noticeable scalp issues.
@christinerainey70034 жыл бұрын
Vanessa Sandusky I have had the bleeding sores every once in awhile and what helps me is to wait til they crust over and use diluted apple cider vinegar sprayed on my scalp, let soak for about 15 minutes and rinse out. Also Nizoral, which is a medicated shampoo with ketoconazole in it. It is important not to use these things on broken skin or open sores though. Good luck!

Getting out in the sun for an hour a day really helps my seb, but you have to do it diligently otherwise it comes back full throttle. It’s not a full cure (since there isn’t one), but it helps so much. Personally, I think sugar, yeast (grains) are the two things that feed seb the most. I’ve tried everything too. It’s not fun, but sun, cutting down sugar and bread products have made the most difference. Dairy and meat has only helped me Bc of the vitamins and protein.

Madeleine VL are/ were you vitamin D deficient?
@whiskeyandkittens69994 жыл бұрын
Marina Cover yes
@marinacover86994 жыл бұрын
Madeleine VL gotcha. I had a vitamin D deficiency, then took prescription supplements, for blood work and was in the normal range so now I take over the counter ones. The weird thing is my scalp and hair issues started after i got to normal levels. Maybe it was delayed for me?
@whiskeyandkittens69994 жыл бұрын
Marina Cover I highly recommend getting sunlight. I’d get your vitamin d from food sources + continue to take supplements. Your body will be able to absorb vitamin d from the sun fairly easier and your skin will clear up. Getting 30-45 min of direct sunlight a day will be perfect. I swear it works, but you have to be diligent with it. As soon as I stopped going outside and walking everyday, my seb dermatitis got a lot worse. It’s not a cure of course, but by doing this it will improve by at least 50%.

Madeleine VL wow that’s great! Sunshine and walks are always a good idea so I’ll def do that on days that are warmer and when spring rolls around!

Hey! I came across your comment, it’s not about just being vegan, check medical medium’s books, it all stems from the liver, he explains what causes it, how to heal it throughly, & what foods to stay away from.. he has a few cleanses as well! It’s a low fat plant based lifestyle..! I’m healing with this as well, the flares still come and go because it takes it’s time, and we need to be very patient.. but Im positive this is the answer! Good luck 😊 🍀 👍🏼

veganism isn't helping my skin condition, in fact it is somewhat worse after going vegan! I've been vegan for months
@puluzo5 жыл бұрын
We need animal oils like cholesterol to turn sunlight into Vitamin D. Vitamin D controls your gut biome and immune system which these directly effects eczema.
@BeatrizLecours4 жыл бұрын
Try Medical medium, veganism by itself doesnt fix or cure problems from its root cause. Research medical medium books, he explains the root cause of this, and how to heal it, what foods to avoid, etc. Good luck :)
@puluzo5 жыл бұрын
I think this problem is in the gut. When you have stress too much or you lack of vitamin D or when you lack good bacteria in your gut due to not eating fiber rich foods you will develop leaky gut over time and your immune system will get weaker. Because of this the foods (like dairy or high fatty foods) you eat will get in your bloodstream and get attacked by your immune system. When your body try to get rid of that inflammation through your skin this may result in overgrowth of sebum which overgrowth of malassezia in your skin and that causes SD. I don't know it's just my hypothesis. It's not the foods or skin these are symptoms.The cause is in the gut. If you had strong gut and immune system you wouldn't get it. Most helpful and healing foods for your gut is cabbage, fermented foods like pickles, sauerkraut etc. Eat a lot of these. Make cabbage juice drink it everyday.
