So glad this was recommended to me! I went to Haiti a few years back with a group from my church, and some amazingly nice Haitians gave us a soup like this. I’m not completely sure if this is the same soup we had, but it had some plantains, goat beef, some kind of squash, and some potatoes, and something else, but there weren’t any noodles 😂 It was sweet and savory at the same time and sooo delicious!
