2:26 Well... No. Flight was not operated by Cityline. It‘s just that each Star Alliance airline must have one aircraft painted in the Alliance look.

LH had an entire Cityline long-haul fleet of A340s that all said Star Alliance. That is the product they launched TPA with in 2015, it had a smaller business class cabin and more econ seats. But since Coivid the long haul CityLine configured aircraft are gone.

Very nice! I booked this trip for May 2022 'cause I want to fly in an A343 before they get retired. Is Tampa always served by Lufthansa Cityline? *Oh, disregard... I've just noticed in a previous comment that LH Cityline long haul aircraft are gone.

The A343 is going to KMCO tomorrow and the following week. If you wanted to fly it sooner, it will be there.

You know what? I had to rebook because the service to/from Tampa will now be served by Eurowings Discover. I switched my departure from MIA and I'll fly on the Swiss A340. So, let' see what happens.
