Different play styles have different tempo and etc, and a lot of it is too subtle, nuanced, and quick to communicate. It's like a relationship man, it gets more familiar over time.

I personally think that Hal wouldn’t be IGL as long as Zer0 still exists. Hal generally playing the role of an anchor/Lurker. Zer0 is more likely a entryfragger. Being an IGL does cost a lot of the personal performance(stats), so Hal wouldn’t be an IGL if unnecessarily, because Hal is definitely a better player to be on the anchor position.
