LMAO, i think the real problem with apex is the "pro scene" look at them cry lol. seriously though i think apex take on "movement" is just wrong. there should be wall running etc, but nobody should be able to neo strafe and super glides should be a built in mechanic for both controller and keyboard. since its such a "core " part of the fn game. these people abuse their settings with their hardware just to exploit ts to the max and its created a bs gap between players that yall are trying to pass off as "skill" but the sad truth is yall would probably be getting dog walked if everyone was on a level playing field.

Honestly, I'm down with keeping Mirage as is and giving Wraith something similar. Remove Off The Grid from Crypto and give Wraith an invisibility perk instead. Lose the blue trail whenever you phase and for balancing reasons, you keep the blue trail when phasing with the portal.

Dude, you can’t “endlessly spam” his ability and it isn’t better than Cryptos. You can only go invisible while healing, and since he has fast heals that time is extremely short. On top of that, you would then need to take more damage before having the ability to go invisible again. Sorry, but that’s a dumb take.

“why does everyone complain about apex?” maybe because they haven’t chosen between which player base they want to cater towards after how many years of the game being out? Or how they might have some of the worst matchmaking of all time? Most people don’t hop on apex to just “chill” for a bit because they know after 2 or 3 wins you’re going straight to those pred lobbies and with that, there goes all the casuals just trying to have a good time😂 And it’s not like the game has a super high competitive integrity, just look at supports for the first split of s23. If you don’t believe that giving them gold armor, full sprint speed healing (bhop), indestructible abilities (old castle Q, lifeline ult, gibby bub) where getting a pick almost means nothing because the support squad will reset for free, is a heavy overcompensation then im not sure what can make that apparent for you.

the pros are a very small % of players, yet they are the most vocal as most of them have a platform to be vocal. this video is a perfect example of 15,000 people watching one pro yap yap yap im not saying hes wrong or right, but lets get real here..... its not some casual jimmy thats getting 15,000 veiws in 10 hours complaining about apex........... its a "pro"

I said the exact same thing. The season they nerfed bloodhound the instantly added seer which was 10x worse. I played bloodhound and that was a straight slap in the face.

As a Mirage main, I'm happy he finally has his time to shine in comp and ranked. Pros need to get over themselves and play the game.

Surprisingly I think this was a great patch. Clearly they needed to nerf Lifeline, NewCastle and Gibby. So instead they went the opposite direction and buffed the rest of the supports to be on their power level. Lobs didn’t feel terrible before. Her black market was still good. She doesn’t have the safe rez like the 3 buffed at season start but she looks like she’ll be insane now in getting the team looted and keeping them looted seeing as she starts with her ult. She’s also even slippier now with two tac charges. Mirage looks very jack of all trade. Yes invis is annoying and him having access to all class perks seems strong but it’s not like it actually does thaaaaat much. He’s a great fill in the gap character who will mostly be fun. Like before his bamboozles won’t be that strong but now he provides the team some actual support. Altar is cool. Looks like they’ll be touching on the skirmishers next. Although I’d argue out of all the classes that need the love the most it’s the Controllers. Most of them feel terrible and have for awhile. Them nerfing path is weird af though. He’s always had a lot of skill expression and has been a popular character but he’s never been popular because he’s broken. Hell he was top 3 picked even when he had no passive and a worse ult. If they intend to bring the roster UP to a power point lowering Path below that point wasn’t the call. He felt fine compared to the support cast at least.
