Halal Teriyaki Chicken- no alcohol or wine teriyaki chicken

teriyaki chicken that has no wine or alcohol! so tasty!
The most tastiest teriyaki chicken that has no alcohol or wine mixed in it!
Recipe:
2 & 1/2 pound boneless chicken thighs diced in 1 inch cubes
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
mix and set aside
teriyaki sauce:
6 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon rice vinegar
3 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon brown sugar
4 teaspoon grated ginger
4 teaspoon grated garlic
4 teaspoon corn starch
mix
heat 2 to 3 tbsp of oil
add chicken in
cook chicken for 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink
after 8 to 10 minutes there will be some liquid released from the chicken so cook that until liquid has dried up
now add 4 teaspoon corn starch in the teriyaki sauce
mix it up
add teriyaki sauce to the chicken
cook 1 minute or until sauce has thickened.
garnish with sesame seeds
serve with rice and steamed veggies
