I actually learned something from this video, I'm really impressed with your cooking skills for such a young age. I never thought about it, but actually the tomato does distract from the taste of the beef. Have to agree. You need to have a cast iron pan at home only to make burgers with and they are a pain to clean. You put a lot thought into making these smash burgers, lots of emphasis on the halal meat and the sauce is what counts the most. You had the perfect 80:20 fat to lean too. Great video, keep going

For years cooks were told to NOT smash the burger when cooking because you squeeze all the juices out and make it dry. In cooking there are hundreds of ways to cook the same dish.
