I've watched this 4 times. Such a great interview. Hale is just a happy giggly little goose. Love that guy.

Such beautiful words at the end of the interview. Really appreciate Hale speaking about wanting, working, and moving towards "the natural state" (a phrase UG Krishnamurti (as well as others) often used). Beautiful humanity! Boundless Gratitude...

I have always been turned off by Hale's marketing, however... What an extremely grounded and enlightening conversation. Really enjoyable and extraordinarily human... Thank you.

Thanks for sharing this great Video! I was a very harsh speaker and people used to hate me because of my speech. I loved the concept so much that, I started practicing it regularly and i used the "BuDhamma" mobile app to help me on this. Now, I speak gentle and my people are very happy with me. Lot of things I get easily done now!

This interview was very interesting . I have been interested in Sedona method and Lester Levenson, and noticed a rather big gap between what Lester talked in his collected sessions ( Keys to the Ultimate Freedom) and Hale's Sedona method.Lester's way was almost same as Advaita=nonduality, but Hale's Sedona method is,at least in his book Sedona methos,a self-help type one...everyday life oriented ,self-improvement type....Why this big gap ?...

Great interview. One note from a non enlightened perspective I thought Epic was a great movie and a very good example of us and even identified with the "one tree, many leaves" moral of the story also the duality of good/evil which is ever present in all movies.

very interesting.Ive been watching a lot of Mooji's videos, which i think are great ,but the practicality of how you live your life was something I felt he never addresses.Would love his feedback on this :-)

It sounds like someone in the background on Hales side coughing and carrying on, very distracting. Good interview even with the background noises.

I don't get it the Sedonna Method is a stand alone method /tool that is very useful. I have read the book and listened to the Cd's and I never heard the mention of Non-duality so WHY is Hale jumping onto the Non-Duality band wagon ? and did he really need to position his book in the background at just the right angle ?

I haven't watched this video yet but I know Hale and if you guys can resist hearing his laugh I'm sure you'll get enlightened...as for the sedona method it is very good to eliminate negative emotions and you guys should definitely try it, and check Larry Crane's products because his way of teaching is better than Hale's plus you don't need to endure Hale's laugh.

Could you welcome the need to control the size Hale's water glass, as best you can? Could you let it just sit there in this moment? Could you let go of it? When could you let go of it? Feel yourself just letting go. Like this [slowly spreads arms].

lester levinson was a guru. hale is a poser.

what makes you say that saint?

lester was a student of kriya yoga and recommended the eightfold path of kriya yoga, as did paramahansa yogananda. read "autobiography of a yogi" if you want to know where lester is coming from. hale dwoskin took a small portion of lester's teaching and merchandised it into a brand that generates a lot of cash flow. lester gave his knowledge away. hence: guru v. poser
