This was beautiful. Was it an old one or a new one? It felt new to me. I feel like I have done the old ones so often, they are not as effective for me as they were in the beginning, probably because I have already programmed my brain to only go to a certain point. But this one was a big release, so thank you! And keep doing these little videos, they are so helpful 🙏
