Great useful information thanks. Definitely going to use the wish list. ‘If it’s not an essential yes it’s an essential no’❤👍

Always enjoy your videos! I used to really enjoy Instagram, but lately I find it’s just full of influencers pushing product after product. It’s become like a shopping channel, when long ago it was a great photo sharing app. I miss those days.

Thanks Holly! I agree, it was so much better when it was just photography. Way more originality too.

Yup I was following a minimalist channel on IG and then I feel like they sold out now all they do is promote products ugh had to unfollow.

I've just started challenging myself to use stuff up so I don't have duplicates or things I don't really need. But it's also hard for me to throw away perfectly good items. I hate wasting! So I'm using old hotel Toiletries while at home so I can just get rid of or reuse the containers for something else. I have way too many, especially for how rarely I actually use them while traveling since Toiletries are usually provided. I'm also going through my foundation one by one and not replacing any until I only have one left. Currently I have at least 6, and I don't even wear makeup everyday! Another example is face masks. I had some but don't use them that much or need them, so I'm done buying them and keeping them in stocks. I think I just used my last one yesterday. I love not seeing them anymore and feeling obligated to use them...plus not having to keep a space for them, even though they don't take up much room.

Hi! Thats awesome that you’re challenging yourself to use up what you have. I know it can be so tempting to just chuck stuff out when it’s not used (I know I have before). I find that even if stuff doesn’t take up too much physical space, it’s the mental space that overwhelms me!

@@HaleyVillena yes! Sometimes the smaller stuff is mentally worse!

i never thout i,m a minimalist until i watched this video, i always wanted to be. all what you said, i actually exept the last step i should do it it sound like i heavily need it, but i never consider it part of being minmalism, i thout its natur to do so, for example i can never work on my master degree research untill i clean my room, and but every thing in its place, before i go to bed too, i wake up everymorning to get my little brother go to school, so things get messy, so when i wake up afternoon, i clean if i go to make a cup of tea i do so, because i dont like seeing things out of its original place,

what are you using to make the list on phone? is it just notes?
