Sand them and then stain them the Kona color. I tried to stain over a lighter wood stain that was unsealed and it never turned out until I sanded it all down and started over. Definitely worth it for the warm chocolatey color!!

Hey Haley! I think you should add all of the wall details and hang the mirror up above the couch. I think it would look a lot neater instead of being on the floor. Between the book shelves where the mirror was, you should put a large olive fake tree to break up the space next to the book shelves. You should also layer the curtains and keep the tan ones but then add the chocolate ones on the outside and it will give it a nice layered look. 🤎🤎 Love your vids!!!!

Honestly love seeing you decorate even when other rooms aren't done up from moving. We moved almost 2 weeks ago and I put up our christmas tree even though there's still boxes in lots of rooms. Seriously thank you from a mom with 2 littles as well.

I love that idea of the brown curtains! I feel like it would make it very cosy to keep the other curtains but put the chocolate ones over top. Then you could keep the curtains closed with some sun but still have that colour. Love the vibes so far very frosty and festive ❤

Have thought about maybe swapping the dining table for the living room? I think if you were to set up your couch facing the wall with the open space of the window and make it like its own area, you would have an amazing opportunity to add a thin long table behind the couch so when you enter through the door you can drop off your keys and even shoes in some baskets under the table. Idk the table as soon as you enter kind of seems off to me, but just a suggestion 🫶🏼

I really reallyyy love the idea of a white backsplash in the kitchen walls, it'll add a bit of personality without taking the attention from those beautiful stones. Frosty and festive!🌲 I'm a Christian who celebrates Christmas, but I happen to hate the color red for no reason, so this was great inspo for me!! I sighed when you styled that entry table haha 😍😍 Also, consider dyeing your curtains!? It may not work for the rich brown you're going for if the weave is too thin, but I feel like I unlocked something when I realized I could be dyeing things instead of getting rid of them because I no longer liked the color. But it's also nice to have light and dark curtains if you want to switch them out with the seasons!

IKEA has the best throw pillows and covers and they are affordable. They have pillow forms in all sizes, they are feather filled so they keep their shape and last forever. Their covers rotate seasonally so there is always something new. Frosty and Festive ❤

I am not Jewish, and love red and green together, as I always say, "not just at Christmas." However, I have alwys lived in a part of the U.S. that is dark in the winter, but rainy rather than snowy. (The Pacific Northwest.) So I have always avoided most snow-themed winter decor! We are united in our love of the color green and evergreens for the season, though!😘
