wallpaper option 1 is to DIE for it's so vintage inspired and such a pretty subtle touch. I feel like option 4 the lines would just make you dizzy looking at it, or give off a sharper less cozy vibe. also i LOVE darker statement bookshelves, I feel like either a dark emerald green or charcoal would work perfect. haley the builder!

@HaleysCornerr yesss!! The cream and brown tones of the kitchen are quite suitable for using a plant patterned wallpaper in my opinion. And you also have so many plants in your home especialy on your kitchen shelfs... So it make it more suitable. ☺️☺️

Options 1 & 4 look the best to me! However, I’m not sure if the stripes on option 4 will work bc I think it may clash with the stripped look on the door! So, I’d probably go with option 1! Option 1 also looks great with the cabinets in the background. The tones seem similar! 😊

Hi Hailey the builder. Wallpaper 4 is timeless and has less of the “ bedroom” feel and look to it. It will also blend in with yoyr kitchen. I love how your daughter remembered Canada 🍁 by just seeing a maple leaf. I also used IXL years ago and it really made a difference. Starting both your girls so young will benefit them. Wallpaper 1 is beautiful! It’s definitely something different compared to the vertical lines wallpaper since you have it on the cabinets, the door, and soon to be bookcase. I think it will balance everything out if you chose 1 or something similar to it. Love watching your journey! It’s very inspiring ❤

Haley the builder! I would go with #1 because it matches the kitchen and adds that touch of green you want and then it would work as the PERFECT transition to make built-ins a nice moody green in a similar (but darker) green tone! It would be so cozy and cohesive. That being said I LOVE #5’s pattern and think you should use it somewhere else (and maybe tweak the green to match your original idea) better. The stripes of #4 would be beautiful in a closet or laundry room!

Your little girls are so precious, Haley! I'm casting my vote for wallpaper #1-it complements the aesthetic of your home perfectly! Also, as a little recommendation, I think painting the bookshelves an olive green, a warm golden tone, or even an almond color would look fabulous!

I like option 1! I think it’s subtle but still offers what you’re wanting to bring in some green accents! The more olive green fits more than that sage with the beige in your kitchen and everything!

I love the wallpaper idea for that area! But based on your inspo pics and vibes from the rest of your home i think a deeper green would look amazing! A darker sage or even a cooler olive tone. I agree about the smaller florals over the bigger florals looks best and fits the vintage vibes. But everything is looking so good and put together! If you draw your sightline towards your kitchen cabinets, #1 blends beautifully while adding a subtle pop of pattern. I think #4 (although stylish) matches too much with the lined glass. Keep up the great work!

Ummm. Wallpaper #1 is stunning!!!! It just fits your vintage vibe perfectly! But will admit, the greens are pulling to cool and I feel like you need a more warm-toned green to fit your space better. Happy Hanukkah , Haley the builder .....as any build goes , we start out with a nice simple idea and it almost always snowballs into a big project lol ....the addition of the bead board to the back of the wall ( behind the shelves ) will look amazing , as will the shelves , and then when you do the trim work on the walls in the rest of the room , it will be over the top gorgeous......now the kitchen storage closet , I think the striped wall paper is the way to go , not over the top , not too dark , and it will accent the window in the door.....can't wait to see the end result
