What a perfect mirror to Sophie's House, penultimate ends of the album--one grateful for what was once it's over, one grateful for what is knowing it will also soon be gone. Edit: This song keeps growing on me so much, and it's only been out for hours! It's so sweet and sincere while conveying such a strong feeling of longing. Josh and Jordana's vocals are beautiful and--fittingly!--harmonize so well. The video is so good too. It feels like a recording of a memory, and is seemingly an impressive one-take as well.

Sophie's House is about remembering being young and the energy and limitations that came with it, while wondering if it can provide joy in the present. Songs is coming back into a clear and more content state of mind, with a bittersweet reflection on the past and a resolution to enjoy every moment while it's here, and to pursue what matters.
