In the final assumption i think its supposed to be b1+b2 instead of d1+d2. Please correct me if im wrong.

There's something wrong with your body moment of inertia value, hence why the pitch angle doesn't settle to 0

I just checked it. You are right. I3 was off by 2 orders of magnitude. I fixed it and reuploaded the new Simulink file which now shows damped response for the pitch. Thank you for your attention and feedback.
