At extremes, I don't think the friction is correct, but the physics are actually fairly accurate. The tracks are invisible.

No, because at the speed the coaster was traveling at, when it launched off the first partial track it would have gone straight up and out, not immediately dipped down to the next track. Edit: for the record wasn't actually trying to correct you, just emphasizing your point about how unrealistic the physics were

@@CMontyyeah the way the train goes into a nice neat vertical drop is crazy. Not to mention the additional speed doesn't seem to increase horizontal distance travelled? It's probably good game design though, forcing alignment to existing tracks makes it much more interesting to play around with

Or a stronger-than-average breeze. Also, to keep the cart from falling off, normally the cart is threaded on with concentric wheels rather than resting on the tracks. Which means that the two sets of concentric wheels would have to hook onto the next curved track with little to no room for error.

I’m amazed at how unrealistic the climb hills are in this game. Every roller coaster I’ve been on has chain tracks so that the cart is pulled up the first hill slowly. This had climb hills where you accelerate to the top.

Geez this reminds me of that execution by rollercoaster concept, where the coaster goes through progressively smaller and smaller loops, creating a constant downward g force that would (in theory at least) restrict blood flow to your brain until you died.

This coaster should definitely be added as a method of execution in the US. Although initially expensive, it looks like it can hold 20 Death Row riders at once. Thats value for money and also very time efficent too! 👍🏼

I remember that in Rollercoaster Tycoon, rides did not always turn out the same way. They were somehow affected by load, wind, or other sources of noise/deviation. Sometimes with deadly results with the spaceshot and the launch rollercoaster.
