Great Big Story

Күн бұрын

This smartly-dressed vegetarian is Kruze. He's a Malayan Tapir. Though his diet consists of plants, he's got razor-sharp teeth he can use to defend himself. Sadly, this isn't enough to protect him from human threats to his natural habitat in Southeast Asia.

In Japanese culture, tapirs (or baku) are said to be the eaters of nightmares to ensure mankind sleeps peacefully at night.

That must mean I have one invading my room at night because every time I sleep I don’t have dreams so I must be eating all my dreams

+Caleb Lampshade SURE! I mean, you can always find basic facts like population count on the web, but here are some key stuff that you might want to know. Malaysia is a country in South East Asia, right above Singapore and Indonesia, and below Thailand. It is a strong Muslim nation, so almost all native Malaysians are Muslim. It is an industrially and economically developed, although you could say it is a developing country. Recently, there has been a HUGE HUGE financial strain in Malaysia - 1 USD used to be around RM3 - RM3.5 (RM is the Malaysian currency. Ringgit Malaysia). Now it's dropped down. 1 USD is over RM4.2. Malaysian traditional food would most probably the most enjoyable thing when visiting Malaysia. Examples are Roti (A type of bread), Nasi Lemak (Rice, vegetables and side dishes), Chicken/ Beef Satay (Basically meat), and a lot of other delicious stuff! (Search up traditional Malaysian food) That's about it. I don't know what to say more, perhaps, someone else could add.

+RANDOMTUNAJM spot on!☺️ For addition, Malaysia is a multi-racial and multi-cultural country. 3 major races made up of Malay, Chinese and Indian. Language wise, majority of Malaysian are multillingual. We able to speak Malay which is the national language, English and mother tongue.☺️
