It’s crazy how a lot of people are here having nostalgic moments about old commercials because they lived in that era. While I’m here born in 97 and just feeling melancholic for a time that I never can experience. Before ads were targeted. Seems like a much simpler time. Something I could never experience. I’m jealous.

Wow...Fresh out of College I was hired by Group 243, Inc. Advertising as the Assistant Broadcast Producer to the Vice President, Director of Broadcast Product on the Domino's Pizza account, David Larson. Watching that spot brought back so many wonderful memories of my time with the agency, of the wonderful people I worked with and learned from (David, Matt Thornton, Bill Marion, etc.) and the incredible fun we had. It was an amazing start to my career and it was only when I got older did I realize how lucky I was to be selected as David's assistant. He taught me everything and then some about Broadcast Production and was a wonderful mentor in every way.

This brings back so much nostalgia! At the beginning of the video, showed The Muppet Babies toys if u bought a McDonald’s Happymeal lol. Funny cuz I had the Miss Piggy one and used to always play with that with my toys. I was born in 78 but these years here and commercials stick out in my head my hearing them again. Thanks so much !

I was born in 78 as well and this definitely brings back nostalgia. Good times. I could be wrong but that looks like George Segal and Courteney Cox in the Kodak commercial.

Ads show while watching ads. The superimposing of ads from present and past is a meta experience.

These are the commercials my parents watched when they were bored one day and.. and months later these were the commercials that played when I took my first steps. Hmm.

One minor issue regarding the Dannon yogurt snack size mini packs for kids. Who carries a pack of yogurt in their pocket like this commercial suggests ,and secondly ,dairy products go bad when left at room temperature too long. Other than that ,great memories of days gone by 👍

It's funny how, thematically commercials were sort of similar all throughout the 1970s up until apparently the late 80s.
