Man I fucking love your videos, proper oldschool KZbin vibes, obviously scripted but feels so off the cuff at the same time. Always a joy to have the algorithm shit out a gem like your channel every now and then, keep it up man, this is great content.

If you own a gaming computer, Half-Life: Alyx is good enough to justify a WIFI6 router and a quest2, probably a quest 3 to play it. It is an amazing half life game and probably the best VR in what VR shooters should be.

Honestly I played too many half-life and half-life 2 mods from 2006-2018 when I was poor so I got used to the platforming I guess. Can't relate to people who complain about it.

Okay, not bad, not great. Decent video essay retrospective. You need to research your subject matter more in-depth for future videos because you clearly don't really know much of anything about Lost Coast. It's fine though. it came out a long time ago. Basically ancient history at this point.
@Puppy_Puppington Жыл бұрын
I’m just starting the video. I hope it’s at least a bit in depth lol
@Bearman3600 Жыл бұрын
Hi, I know how it relates to the greater Half-Life story in general, my point is that is does very little to relate itself to the rest of the series from the perspective of the average player. This isnt meant to be a video essay on the history and lore of Lost Coast, it's just a look at the gameplay. Hope you enjoyed though
@Puppy_Puppington Жыл бұрын
Yeah, you were right. It’s more like a dude kind of complaining about some things in lost coast and then explaining what he has to do as he plays it. It’s not hard doing some research on this. I mean all these valve games have commentary to at least get some facts out about its development and what the team was thinking…
@Puppy_Puppington Жыл бұрын
@@Bearman3600I was hoping it was gonna be about it’s development and a look into it :(. Like you said, the in game developer commentary is kind of lackluster innits presentation. It would’ve been nice to have that fancied up. I think that would’ve been some thing that KZbin is missing. You don’t find many videos on that. I enjoyed the commentary when I first heard it though.
@Bearman3600 Жыл бұрын
I understand what you were expecting but that's not exactly what I do. If you want to see a great video essay about this game, Richter Overtime made a fantastic video detailing the story and development.
